- Hello, a complete Chinese dumpling recipe for you (step by step) from dough preparation to baking.
ngredients: for 2-3 people
-Dough:
500g T65 flour, 1 egg (50g), 2 pinch of salt, 200ml of water
-The stuffing:
minced steak 350g
a white leek cut
a grated carrot
1 teaspoon of ginger puree
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon of wine for cooking
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil + 1 tbsp sesame oil
100ml water
