you may want to re-watch the video, because he DID show the back side of the stitching while he was stitching. he showed the front and the back, just at different times through the video.

Sehr gute Erklärung , aber ist das nicht eine Einfache Sattlernaht ( ohne Überschlag auf der liegen Seite - ohne den Knoten)?
Mit Überschlag- Knoten - hält die Naht noch länger
