For what it is worth, my guess is that your audience will be critical in deciding on what should be in your website store. Audience members who are learning the craft may not want to buy finished items, but they may be willing to buy merch and patterns. On the other hand people who watch for entertainment may really like something they have seen you make. Postage can be a real killer. I don't know the geographic distribution of your audience, but I get annoyed at postage costs out of all proportion to the item. Different goods, but I have seen manufacturered goods that postage makes the total price 2 to 3 times the cost of local purchase which shows nobody at the vendors has taken any regard for their purchasers. Download patterns avoid the tyranny of distance.

Great insight. We should enjoy the making, not just the having made. Re website... I like how some guys have sort of a twofold (bifold??) website: resources/materials for leatherworkers and finished products for general consumers. Much as I'd love to have a Treve wallet, I find that my wallet is perhaps the most dependable piece of advertising for my brand. I can always depend on having my wallet to a potential buyer! Even if they aren't interested in a wallet, they can see that I'm not a (total) hack. Though I'd guess that not everyone shares that view, so you should definitely have your goods up online! I'd love to see them.

I really enjoy your videos. I’ve learned so much from them. If you do decide on a website, I’d like to suggest having a section with links to your videos. As to product, definitely items such as the wallets and purses/totes along with patterns for those items. For me being in the States it would cost too much to have your products shipped over but, if you provided digital patterns for what you make along with recommended leather, tools…. Again, really do enjoy your videos.
