Yeah this channel is wayyyyy better than those, and Stupendous Wave. SW is particularly bad about repeating the same thing 4 times in a 10 minute video. Don't get me wrong, his content is generally good, but he's really, really repetitive. This channel here cuts straight to the point and onto the next part of the topic without repetition. As a result, his videos are shorter, but they are more enjoyable to watch .
I like the novel "Dark Lord" so much. And the good thing is: it is still part of the "Clone Wars Multimedia Project", where the inhibitor-chips didn't exist yet and the clones are only really loyal to the republic. Because unlike the regular clones, Commandos are supposed to have more free will due to their different genetic modification and their intensive training.
Remember listening to the audio version of the Dark Lord series over and over again. In germany they made a real immersive radio play out of it, alongside the Labyrinth of Evil books. With the real german voice actors, music and everything. Sadly haven’t found anything similar in englisch tho now that I am so used to the english voices. I wish they would do this for some of those star wars novels, republic commando for example.
