  • THE GUITAR IN THIS VIDEO HAS SOLD! CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO CHECK OUT MORE!
A player of Pete Thorn’s caliber doesn’t put his name on any old guitar, and this gold top terror lives up to the hype! Pete has played with everyone from Melissa Etheridge to Chris Cornell, so he needed a guitar that would be able to cover a lot of stylistic ground, and this Suhr doesn’t disappoint in that regard. Each position on the five-way selector switch has a fantastic, unique sound. With a flick of the wrist, you can go from warm and mellow to biting to jangly and pretty. It’s the musical equivalent of a stylish, sleek Swiss army knife. If you’ve got a hard rock gig on Wednesday and a jazz gig on Friday, this may very well be the guitar for you.

You can always tell by the way Greg plays if he really loves the guitar or not. I think he really digs this guitar!!

Good gawd.....Pete Thorn has GOT to see this....only bad thing about this video is that it ended. Could've watched this string-strangling go on for hours....

I’ve focused so much time in vintage reissues that a guitar like this would fit my collection really well. I’m sure it feels and plays like a dream but the price it’s damn high... sure it’s worth it

Wow, Greg. It's been awhile since I last thought I should just give up playing. That's an insanely good demo.

Holy Moses. He’s gone mad! 😝 So many licks. What a player!! So many tones from that guitar too. I think it’s a winner.

I thought I needed the Thornbuckers. Thanks to Greg, the way he plays. They don't as much character than my SSH+/V60LP/SSV (when Greg demos them) makes me realize I need to swap the brass block to stainless more than I need to downgrade my hotter Suhr pickups.
SSH/V60/SSV with parallel option on both humbucker might be good for me though.
Aiming toward vintage tone is always better.

I believe he is plugged straight into his sig amp; "The Greg" sig made by Koch Amps. His demos of his sig amp sound like this demo.

This is one of more versatile guitars in the high end market. You'll actually take it to the gig instead of putting it in a glass case in your sitting room :-)

That is a way cleaner *Paulocaster* than a PRS could ever be. It doesn't look cheap because it is not.
So very supple. Buttery! A thing of majestic pliancy, I mean it looks like a guitar you could hit hard as you like and it wouldn't go boingy. Controllable.

    Thank you Greg!👏🏻

lol, next time, don't cover up the logo with a tuner. Edit: Just a heads up to verify the weight. Mr Koch says 6.64 and the video notes and the website say 7.64.
