Everybody is trying to enjoy life. A few chickens or cows or garden should be allowed with all that open space. They don’t have public gas or water. Some areas are denying the building of a fireplace. Imagine what our ancestors would have gone through. Without a fireplace. The American dream is not Maine. No hospital or fire department or attraction. They selling woods. People need more to occupy their time other than hunting and fishing. I love doing both but I also love anything else you can think of. No schools or supermarket. Can’t grow food or buy food????
Are there walking paths around that close lake you showed where you can walk your dog from the property or is it all private around the shoreline? I guess what I'm asking is can you walk a few miles and throw a ball around that lake or is it all built up and private and the only access is the boat landing . Thanks

No HOA here. Deed covenants in place from the previous owner. If you are looking for homestead land we have plenty give us a call.

Also Phil how close is deer hunting land you can access ?. I don't think it would be wise or even legal to fire a firearm on the property .
