One of many, many reasons why Ryan is an awesome boss: next to no other boss would take his guys out on a boat on the lake during a normal workday. Things like this anybody would appreciate from their boss. Way better than a pizza party. :)

Yeah their so lucky to be working a part time job that’s hard labor for barely enough to live on with zero medical or retirement and having to work two jobs to get ahead. Their so lucky to go on their bosses boat. It’s not being a nice boss it’s called keeping moral high so you get the most and best work out of your employees.

It spoke volumes of the difference in style when you went to the QuikTrip and offered Ms. Z to come on the boat and her manager could only walk away. That was an easy opportunity to joke positively while still maintaining accountability but instead he just walked away angrily/silently.
