And, for the life of me, considering Quo's popularity in the UK and Oz, there aren't many guitarists in bands that made it from those countries who show his influence. Very odd. I hear it in my own playing, and that's because I listened to Quo so much. But I'm an outlier. No other local guitarists even heard of him. I'm just surprised that none of the UK and Oz bands from the 80s and afterwards never mention Rossi, either as someone they listened to, or influenced them. It's a mystery to me.

Why do the good ones always die, Rick R.I.P., the quo has always been my favorite, since the early 70s and still today, I have many records of them, 45 rpm and long playing records, for me, they are the best, I've already dreamed of it, which man now dreams of four men, dreams, you can't control them, it was the fight between Alan and Rick or Francis, I don't know anymore, maybe I listened to their music too much! !, !

Doesn't get the credit he deserves 'cause he actually puts in melody and makes the whole thing fun to listen to...but I guess that's not arty/technical enough for some.
I just listened to another version of this and although Rossi went into his own on the guitar solo, as usual... it just didn't sound the same with Jeff Rich and Rhino playing.. no where near as good as this one... This, for me, is pure Quo.. the F F . From about 2:40 onwards now that's guitar paying.. 3 bar wonders I don't bloody think so..
Respect to the Quo. Legendary rock band. One of a kind. True originals. Maligned by those who can't see/hear the greatness.
