When I opened the store, I spent every day researching how to make food delicious after it was closed.

情熱大陸で知りました。たしか近隣には出前もしてたような…。いつ休んでるのか心配になりますが、店主さんにとって仕事が生き甲斐なんでしょうね。
土曜日12時頃、行列に並んでから2段重ねティッシュ前カウンターに座るまで60分。
でも並ぶ価値があるほど美味い卵チャーハンと餃子でした。また行きたいですね。
仕込みを取材されたのは素晴らしい。よほど通われたのかな。

こういう行列店って、地元の人が少しづつ並ぶのがキツくて敬遠していくことがあるって聞いた。
下準備とか丁寧だし店主さんもすごく良い感じの人なので、長く続いて欲しいなぁと思った。
地元の人が今まで通りに通えて、話題知って来た人も味わえる方法ってないのかなぁ。
持ち帰り専門が近くにあるから地元で並ぶの嫌ならそっちだねー

Japanese food ichiban!
鍋がよく鍛えられてる。火もコントロールできてるから短時間で仕上がって、旨味と食感が損なわれない。餃子も手仕込みは嬉しいね。
材料見る限り特別な調味料とか入れてないけど、これだけ行列できるってことは純粋に腕が良いってことかな
感動する。そしてどう考えても労力と値段が釣り合ってない。
