Maybe if you can work it out with somebody that you could trust and you can believe in. Maybe you can handle somebody stay under the property. To live there temporarily for a time to help out. We're cleaning up the way you want, so you don't work yourself. Talk to them and you don't get sick because you have animals on your property and you gotta stop keeping. You gotta do everyday and be careful for that. I'm glad for you that you're happy and you've got something going on. That's good Good for you❤

I think it's a great relief for Gary & Mary just knowing that no one will be living there except their friend. You also have Gary and Mary to look after your stuff while you're traveling because you're a TH-camr and people will know when you are not going to be around. Big plus. Great Idea David, I grew up on 160 acres in California. My Dad rented it out to the Movie Studio's. And we also made camp sites for RVs and rented spaces. In the back of the property, we had a stream and hunted quail and rabbits. we also had Bob cats .
I love the idea of an RV park. It gives you more option than building a bunch of permanent structures. For a name, "The Woods." You could do a lot with that graphically later on for t-shirts, and stuff. You made a smart investment for sure.

Looks like tornado went thru. That’s goldenrod, also called jimmyweed, is a native, perennial, multi-stemmed plant that is toxic to cattle, sheep, horses, and goats. Poisoning is most common in late fall and winter. Although the mountain property is more scenic, totally understand with the flooding roads out and utilities issues, this gives you options to stay on the other side of winter. The 5 acres is much better for you. You should be able to store your motorcycle there and save on storage costs. In the past we bought and sold 18 foreclosures. Some had junk piles and I enjoyed some of the treasures I found. Yiu will need a dumpster. Are you allowed to burn in that area? One of our properties, we burned a pile of rubbish from a fallen house and barn. Congratulations.

Yes! RV spots and 1 bedroom camping cabins with bunk beds or sleeper couch. Bath house could be centrally located or a few could have them included. A bath house would make cold months easier for you to prepare when cold weather hits.
The old refrigerator/freezers can be reused by digging a hole (same size) and burying the appliance. To then become a food storage. Just make sure the door is securely locked. Arkansas is pretty hot though, so maybe not as good of an idea as up north. So many abandoned houses around. It's amazing how many people say they are looking. I see them all the time just driving around.
