    Just finished watching a vid with recording by Henry Thomas of this song in 1928! Older than I knew!

    This was funny, in a good way. When I saw the song title and group I thought, "Here is another one I don't know. Let's see." As soon as you played it I recognized it and it brought back more memories. Seriously, keep playing and bringing back good old memories. If I don't know the song, (as in some cases), you give me new memories.. Thanks again for your playing, and teaching. You make me very happy.

    Henry Vestine was a great guitar player, this wasn't his most challenging gig but boy could he play. Thanks for this.

    Funny you revisited this. Two weeks ago my jam buddy broke out the PT lesson and it's a regular now. Thanks again. This is a great song for beginners but has enough meat for us old dogs too.

    Well done. No pick makes sense, Alan Wilson was a serious country blues picker

    Thank you for all of your lessons! I found a great old tune that I was wondering if you could do. It is called "Not Gonna Let It Bother Me Tonight" by The Atlanta Rythm Section. There are some tabs out there, but they are not completely correct. Thanks again for all of your help!

    "Private Tricker" Straight from the horses mouth. I always wondered, now I know. So, how do you pronounce "James James"? :)

    • @badguitar5653
      @badguitar5653 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +TypicalGirls I was thinking the same thing. In my head I always pronounced it privet - ricker.

    James....ever do any Little Feat? Old Feat, not post-Lowell.

    • @jamesjames9275
      @jamesjames9275  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Robert Patterson Check the privettricker channel. For the record, the only Little Feat I care about is Lowell-era Feat.

    • @rpatterson1
      @rpatterson1 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +James James Will do. Never got to see them while Lowell was alive. Saw them after. Had tickets back in 78, but as was usual, they cancelled.

    I'd spent an enjoyable night playing music with this guy at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. He was with Wavy Gravy. We all got busted the next day, along with Jackson Browne. If you're going to get locked up; do it in style.
    Axl Rose sucks.
