    This was a wonderful sequence! I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and prioritising self care through meditation and yoga. Thank you. 🙏 Loved the appearance of Poppy too. 🐈‍⬛

    37 weeks pregnant, and what a lovely routine. Really got me chilled out and really stretched, while still enjoying even though I feel so heavy. I’m going to use this through my labour to help keep relaxed. Thank you ❤

    Thank you....this was just what I needed....Im 34 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a lot of lower back pain and also tight calves...this practice really relaxed and eased my pain. Can you please do one for lower back pain

      Appreciate having this channel.
      Did you do a video with lower back pain in mind? 34 weeks myself now and have pains in the back of my pelvis.... like, behind my glute. Maybe babe is sitting on nerve at times.

    I love your videos! I am 30 weeks today & feeling good, minus I think baby has dropped & is starting to apply a lot of pressure just above my pubic bone! Maybe it’ll go away, maybe it won’t?! What was your experience with this? ❤🍋🤰

      Thanks so much!!! So glad you liked this. With my first I got terrible ‘lightening crotch’ when she dropped and that was in the final few weeks of pregnancy every single day 😰. My second I didn’t really notice a ‘drop’ but I knew she was low as my bump got smaller when she moved down and into position. Hope the pain goes away and doesn’t cause too much discomfort 😫💖

      Thx you! Appreciate hearing your 2 journey’s & how you felt later in gestation. Pressure is still there while walking but trying a belly band for extra support & lift. I don’t feel it while sitting, doing yoga, or other types of movement. Have a lovely wknd! ❤

    Is this routine okay to do early Third trimester? Heard you mention a few times getting baby ready to come out, I don't want baby to come out too early! Only 28 weeks...

      Don’t worry! Baby will not come until they are ready. When I’m talking about baby being ready to come out I’m meaning those who are really late in the third trimester and ready to go into labour. Hope that helps!

    29 weeks pregnant and very unfit somehow. This video has a wonderful pace in my opinion. My cat likes to join yoga too. Usually by sitting on my laptop and ruining the play of the video :')
