Since you have an NCV3 body Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500, the wheelbase would be 144", not 140". It's the T1N body Sprinter that has the 140" wheelbase for the medium length & wheelbase.
I do not have a decomposing toilet, but that would definitely be a luxury for me at this point haha I'm not actually sure how I have done fine without one!
