This would be true, but Rusted Shield and Rusted Sword allowed for users to Terastilize, while it sounds like an odd thing since it's just one thing, that's put up to be mostly what got Tera banned in the Metagame, since it allowed players to make uncompetitive plays with setting up using Rusted Shield, as well as with many other Mons. Though, I believe the ban really could've gone either way, I dislike Tera and am glad it's gone, I understand why some wouldn't like it's removal
I used to run physical Togekiss back in Gen 8 Almost Any Ability. Choice band Aerialite Espeed/Play Rough/Duel Wing beat( for if I need the damage/naturally outspeed)/drain punch. That team I had was genuinely incredible
I think it may actually be broken on shuckle With those defenses losing some really aint a big problem and even with an attack stat like that it can work dont forget about shell smash either
Video idea: Explaining bans in the pokebilities meta. A much lesser known OM, but my personal favorite OM and I did become co-leader of the OM back in April, so I can help with any needed information
Red Orb has the benefit of providing a major Special attack boost, while also giving a Fire typing, and a weather that benefits said fire typing, all of this makes it the most insane booster of Weather Balls ever, Blue Orb on the other hand doesn't really do a lot other then boost attack, it's still good, but marginally worse since it's weather is less desired for WBalls and offensive threats.

So many of these are just common sense. Who would’ve thought that giving ANYTHING access to No Guard, Shadow Tag, Speed Boost, Pure Power/Huge Power or Parental Bond would be broken?
This is definitely true, due to this I tried to focus the video more around the history of these stones and any complex bans attempted to preserve them, rather then "Fun fact, huge power good", but I totally get what you mean lol

OHKO moves were banned immediately yeah, though an interesting tidbit of history I didn't mention is that Proto/Quark drive Mons originally kept their boost after Mega evolving due to a coding error, which got people massively hating Iron Bundle day 1 and wanting it's ban until a Mod came out and said it was just a simple coding error, so it did avoid a ban due to Sheer Cold, but almost got hit by another for Quark Drive
If it was introduced (which it wouldn't obviously be) Squak would def be insane, but more then that, Lilligant H would be even crazier with Victory Dance + Pure Power

The Pidgeotite took a while to get banned compared to the others iirc. One of my favorite combos back in the day with it was Mismagius since she was already a little speedy and had Inferno. It wasn’t great due to her poor bulk but it was fun.
Yeah the Pidgeotite is one of the few here that actually had a pretty long process that led up to its ban, though the Rusted Sword had a bit of a long process too it was still much shorter, though I could see it maybe being reintroduced into the Metagame (strong maybe)
I have a question, why did the rusted sword give Pokémon the intrepid sword boost in this format? Zanjan gets the same boost regardless of if it has a rusted sword or not

Talk about mispronouncing the English versions of pokemon moves and names. Adding in weird name changes to suit English speakers (like hitmonlee and hitmonchan being completely different than the japanese names) would be interesting as well

Most OMs ban OHKO moves due to there being a numerous amount of ways to make them work, as such, Mix and Megas followed suit as banning Pidgeotite for a few select naturally uncompetitive moves isn't really fair.
He is subscribed to me, it is not a competition, the largest similarity is mostly in Thumbnail, I've taken a lot of inspiration from him and Freezai and I have respect for both of them, so I attempt to strive into my own category, I don't quite understand what your comment is meant to succeed
