For the lcg do you need the deadbolt links and axles? I have the c10 and want this conversion but you said it has slightly longer wheelbase than the jeep so i am concerned….
The c10 chassis and Jeep jl are the same. You can build this out of your c10 just as easy as the Jeep!
Thats awesome, once done with my printed scx10 build I'll be buying the files to print your build.... maybe with a few tweaks, been tossing around the idea of maybe a scx24 with a 540 motor, cause who needs usability ;)
Do it!!
Dude I love your Chanel, and the amazing work you do, one thing I reeeeeaaaaly wish you could do, is put out a video, or just put in the comments, at least what components there are, like not even a link but just what they are. That would be great. Also if you want to go above and beyond you could make a video of how to make a warthog, from bone stock Jeep to the full thing. Again love the content, and am really considering printing one out of carbon fiber
Nice. And sweet track. I am stealing that idea. And sprinkle sand on it before it dries for grip. Now I wanna drive my scx24.
Awesome setup! Definitely making a purchase. Etsy says sold out. Any eta on restocking?
Yes, I will have these back in stock tomorrow once I get caught up on my current backorders. Glad you like it!
Yep seen it on the page first but holy crap 10k views! Love the popularity these lil guys are gettin! Great job on the lcg chassis!!
Thank you!
Does in grow fur !!!!!
“Game changer”
Nice, super cool! I found this in my recommendations, I don't have an SCX24 or any other crawler, but this is really interesting!
Thank you!
I love the articulation in the belly dragger 😎😎😎
DUDE !!!! What a sweet rig! Just built up my deadbolt to see this video and might have to go in a completely different direction now LOL
Love the chassis and the creativity I got a few of your products the tracks are amazing!! I just posted my belly Drager deadbolt hitting 61 degrees on Reddit imma try to get another video hitting 62 degrees and I love this chassis I wonder what I could do with it?I might have to buy one two or three from you keep up the great work 👍 👍
I saw your video! Looks great! But yeah I would be interested to see as well. If you grab a few you'll have to let me know how they do! Thanks again!
@@CineMoto24 I for sure will be getting one to test it out I love how low it is I've been looking for a chassis to do a new-build
@@CineMoto24 ordered the green one today. Do regular links fit flush or high clearance links are needed?
@@blazinghillie regular links and high clearance links both work fine. If you want I’ll throw in a set of my high clearance ones free of charge on your order!
@@CineMoto24 that would be awesome! Need any info to match up to my order??
I actually bought 3 of these for the guys at the shop
Thank you!
Like this set up. Just changed mine up to be a belly drager and waiting on furitek motor
Thank you! You'll love the belly dragger setup!
Awesome little crawlers I've been on the fence on getting one and after watching this, I'm going to my hobby store to get the C10 that I had my eye on... Thanks for this video
Absolutely! These little trucks are a blast!
Can you run an aftermarket servo in the Warthog without the aftermarket servo mount, or do you still need one of those?
The warthog is designed to fit larger aftermarket servos. I personally run the EMAX ones using a stock servo mount trimmed. I would imagine aftermarket servo mounts would work as well but have not tried any yet.
@@CineMoto24 Awesome. Thanks man.
Wery good and beautiful Axi24, good work bro!)
Just got mine printed out. Looks pretty sweet so far. What servo mount/4 link are you using in this video? Also what links are on the truck in the video? Are the files for those available for purchase also?
Take the stock bottom link up front and use it for the top. Then take two 58.5mm links and use them for the bottom. I just use the stock servo mount for the setup. The high clearance links are up on my cults3d page for free if you’d like them. Let me know if you need any more info!
damn throw the some rear steer on that bad boy
wow it works so good it takes the challenge out of your course 👍
awesome video sir! Love the creative out of the box approach you took with the body.
Thank you!
Forgive the probably dumb question, bit is this meant to be used raw, or can a body go on to of it?
Not a dumb question at all! This is meant to be used as is with no body. There are plenty of low cg chassis rail replacements on the market that retain the use of the stock body! Thanks!
@@CineMoto24 Thanks! What you've done is really cool. I don't have my first SCX24 yet even, but hopefully soon.
i'd like to see both trucks with the same brass weights and tires do the track. stock vs pimped with a new shell is quite a difference
I was thinking the same thing
HI. I just printed your body and high clearance links. However, my scx24 was not stock when i purshased used and I dont know what upper links dimensions are needed. Could you please advise mm diremenions ? Thanks in advance :)
Your work are insane I can wait print mine. It looks so cool this is exactly where I want to go with my rig. Thank you so much good work again. I will also print the drag link.
Awesome, Thank you!
It says it's sold out. Are you making more? I really wanted to get one in black.
They are back in stock now!
@@CineMoto24 Do you want me to go through Etsy or direct through you? I haven't used Etsy before.
@@DeliberateNRandom yes, please go through Etsy. That is the only place I sell them. Thanks!
How heavy is the truck? The tires look like they're really compressing. Or are the tires just really soft?
The truck is relatively heavy for an SCX24 with all of the brass on it. Although the main reason they have so much compression is because I am not running foams in those tires. I love how it performs with just the air pressure sealed in by the beadlocks.
Brilliant! Well done.
Dumb question - when replacing tires do you need to use tire glue?
With normal wheels yes, you do. These are beadlocks which use force to squeeze the bead of the tire as opposed to glue so on these you don’t need any glue.
Cool design. I’m wondering how many cans of spray foam in that structure! Thanks.
It took about 10 of them I believe. So yes, alot!
A friend of mine made a couple of these from your Etsy shop…I was very impressed, they make the stock ones no fun at all…😆 Will be making myself one of these soon!
I’m from the Region too (Griffith), now in Golden, CO. What town are you in?
Love what you did with the chassis. I may have to do some one at some point. Curious where you got your bent links, and if there is a way to accomplish a semi belly dragged with the stock jeep rails and body?
Thank you! I print the high clearance links although there are plenty available online for sale! The printed ones aren't very strong so I would recommend going with something else. But yes! A lot of people have done things like that. Take a look at the FB pages or forums on these trucks and your bound to find some ideas!
Awesome! Any chance designing one for Enduro 24 chassis?
Nice! What kind of body fits on it?
Very nice 😉 good job my Friend 👍
Thank you!
Awesome man. Looking forward to see if you can modify n squeeze in a surpass motor.
Awesome little rig. That thing was definitely impressive.
I hope you patented that design! its nice.
That's awesome! How do you get the sag in the suspension by laying down the shocks or really soft springs or both? Lol! 👍
Actually, it is a bit of both! I am running no springs at all so when gravity pulls down the axle it introduces the sag!
@@CineMoto24 lol, No springs... Yeah that will change the stag/sag of the chassis for sure! Guess when going slow springs really aren't needed. Thanks!
That's awesome, I just made a monster truck using the scx24 as a base. Would love to chat with you man!
I always love talking with others on these! Feel free to PM me on Facebook - Shane Postma
Just subscribed. I think I want one of those rock bouncer tube bodies
Where is the stl file you mention in the description? Can not find a link.
Very cool man. I may have to look into one of your chassis.
Great work.
Subbed.
Thank you!
i made the body get sold out on etsy lol also do i need to extend anything or get new shocks for it please let me know when you can
Good Morning Gaven, Yes, You will need to extend and 4 link the front end. I will make a video tomorrow showing the conversion process. Thank you
@@CineMoto24 can you link them in the description tomorrow for me and thanks for the help cant wait for the body to get here
@@gaveny725 It uses all stock or included items except for an extra pivot ball or two which can be bought with this kit here. There are also people who sell them standalone as well! www.rpphobby.com/product_p/axi31613.htm
@@CineMoto24 thanks
@@CineMoto24 what would you rate the difficulty of putting the chassis on
I have a question I’m new to this what rc did you start off with???
I started originally with a traxxas rustler as my first rc! If you’re asking what model I started with to make what’s running in the video it is an axial SCX24 which is also a great beginner rc truck!
Did you use the keep or the truck for the chassis
I’m stuck in my semi truck and need a hobby big time and was looking at a 1/10 scale but saw this video and this I can drive in my semi or outside
@@chrisreamy7675 I used the Jeep for this project but you can also use the c10 if you would like. The deadbolt is slightly different though so I would go with the Jeep if you want to do this setup as it has bigger stock wheels than the c10
@@chrisreamy7675 That is what I love about these I can drive it anywhere. I actually sold my 1:8 scale brushless monster truck because I don’t have much time to get out and crawl anymore but I can do this in the house or on my desk whenever I have a minute!
I just ordered the warthog. Is there anywhere I can see a complete parts list for this build?
Especially the upper links I need
I understand what your saying about the warthog, but the JLu can take you to the supermarket and it goes offroad
Also love the goodwrenches with the Grey wheels
Love it!
I think it looks more like a puma.
Stop making up animals!!!
@@cgmiller82 Ha! YES!
Awesome, great set up bro, good job 😀💪
Thank you!
I have an 050 motor in my Warthog, the upper rear link hits the motor & stops the rear suspension from collapsing all the way. Stock shocks no springs. Is this normal?
Hi there! You have inspired me so that I have converted my Injora aluminium body to this setup. I made high clearance links from stock ones using heat gun and the car is a beast now. I wander whether your shocks are fully compressed when the car is seated on the ground or if there is some stroke still available. I am still fine tuning shocks position on the Injora body. The worst part of that body is that you have steel tubes with threads that serve as a locking nut. If I only could attach those shocks anywhere on the body....🙄
Ia there a site where I can buy the blue cage??
I do not sell the rock bouncer chassis as they are very weak. But you can print your own if you have a printer!
@@CineMoto24 I unfortunately lack a printer
Do you make links for it too?
Can you do a how to install video?
I did one! Take a look at my recent uploads!
Great design! I like it!
Thank you very much!
Curious to see how you built the course using foam
nice job
Thanks!
Would you recommend the double barrel shocks with this rig?
I really need to ask, with how laid down those shocks are, are they even doing anything?
Good Question! On a belly dragger or any other springless crawler the shocks simply act as another point of structural connection between the chassis and the axle as well as limit upward and downward travel of the axle. With them laying down the way they are the articulation is increased because the axle can move farther with the limited amount of travel on the stock shock.
the steeper the angle of the shock, the less it's actually working as suspension and becomes more of an over-glorified telescopic linkage. Given the fact that there aren't any springs and these are not sealed fluid or pressurized shocks, it's essentially the latter of the two. Still freakin' cool though!
Are you running foams in any of the tires?
Nope! Just the tires because the headlocks seal airtight and allow for a good amount of cushion.
What body would fit on the belly dragger chassis?
This chassis is not designed for use with a body to keep the CG as low as possible. Think of it as a competition style rig.
@@CineMoto24 I guess I understand that it's a chassis for running comp class and not a realistic looking stock class or whatever that might be called. But the low CG would be cool to put a body on to get the best of both worlds, or the worst of both worlds depending on a certain point of view.
It’s beautiful… love it!
I love how in the world of RC total custom rigs are still a "Trx-4" or an 'SCX24' because they still use the original wheel nuts haha
Isn't that the truth! haha
That's crazy
can you post your brass mods in the description?
Brass mods have been added to the description!
Are you going to building any to sell because I would buy one
i mean hes selling the chassis, not the whole thing
I do sell the chassis! Then you can build them as you please!
will these chassis work for the scx24 gladiator?
I'm new to the I wish I could find an already competition crawler
Quite the performer!! What’s the full setup? Do you have a video or does the chassis come with a parts list and instructions? My first SCX24 arrives later in the week and I can definitely see one done up like this in the fleet
I recently uploaded a video explaining everything needed and a full how to! Check that out for more details. :)
Hey the roll cage for power wagon is that for the 1/10 scale???
Which roll cage are you referring to? Everything in this video is 1/24 scale.
Will this work with the gladiator
Can you still download the print? would love tp print one
How much wud u say that vehicle costs now ?
Take my money! Very interested if you are willing to build one for sale😁
You can grab the chassis here and build one out of an SCX24! Glad you like it! www.etsy.com/listing/1029597492/scx24-warthog-chassis?ref=shop_home_active_1
It would be even more amazing if there were more shock mount holes
What are the dimensions of the bodie
Will this fit enduro24?
I do not believe so. This is designed to mount up directly to the SCX24 transmission and replace the stock chassis. Unless the Enduro 24 is the same it will not work with it.
The Enduro24 is completely different. It is essentially a toy grade rig with decent steering. Nothing from it will work with this kit except for the servo and wheels. -And you wouldn't want to use the wheels. They are tiny.
does it require 4 link? i have the screws needed for it but i dont have extra pillow balls or links. would it be possible to convert a stock c10? 4 link has never really been needed for my crawling environment.
Check this video out for more details! Thanks! th-cam.com/video/-LGnffJK83Q/w-d-xo.html
DUDE! Sorry you broke your iPad in the making of this vid 😭 Also, like to see a same-tires comparison, because the ones on the belly dragger are actually conforming to the foam.
what print plastic
👌
💕🔥👌👍
It would be nice to have assembly instructions along with the print files and or seperate. Not everyone is pro out here
Iiinnnttrreessttiinngggg lol
CineMoto please hold camera more better
Very nice design. So low.
Thanks!
@@CineMoto24 OK, just finished my build: th-cam.com/video/4FlDJVDmlGg/w-d-xo.html
--Absolutely loving this chassis! I did have turning clearance issues with the shocks on these wide BFG KR3s. I had to add +4mm axles. Flipping the RC4WD rims would probably solve it as well (I see you have a few of your build's rims flipped.) Anyways, just wanted to tell you what a nice design this is... I think I may have to build the brushless version as well. Cheers from Austin!
rather unfair driving the stock truck with the body on...
@bermpeak
This is cool but you could at least make it look good
Form follows function on this build.
To bad its so ugly 😪
