Seiba is technically how it's pronounced in Engrish. Yes, I do know that it's actually spelled Saber, but typing "SABEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER" doesn't give the same effect as typing it the exact way Shirou screams it.

A new gen Fate fighting game would be absolutely incredible. Too bad we're well past the age of fighting games being spawned very quickly.
I would love to have a new Fate fighting game, especially with the sheer amount of characters we have to choose from now.
