The Thing with 7 deadly sins is that everyone stupid busted and the Main Charakter is legit immortal, the only Charakter he's ever shown in fact for me was the pervy Side wich isn't a Charakter trait. Now in fate we have shirou fighting gilgamesh with All the strenght He had and still lost because He ran out of mana like a normal magician would fighting a servant
Shirou complains about it... but he's keeping the rhythm against 2 Servants and even helping Saber against them all the game. 90% of humanity would die even trying to endure a set.
He does become Archer so even a human grade Shirou has a little something in him that elevates him above most other humans. He did after all go toe to toe with Gilgamesh in a one and one duel. Most servants would have had failed at that.
