Amongst other bikes, I own a fully farkled 18 Africa Twin DCT; just about everything that warranted attention has been upgraded. At 71 years old (still do off tarmac but very little single track) I’m torn between keeping it or selling a couple of bikes to snag the new 2024 model with the 19” front wheel. My question is, how much better is the ‘24 than a much loved and fully farkled ‘18?
Why not? My DCT is brilliant off road. Once you learn to use the rear brake in place of the clutch its just as capable if nit more so than a manual clutch.
THANK YOU SIR!!!! Fun video as always!!!! Can’t wait to see more!!
I have a 502x also, just interested to know what tyres you are running, awesome vid btw loved it
You didn’t give it enough gas up the hill
Did that benelli just go straight up there??..... Nice.
Yeah, right? Doesn't seem fair!
@@argomotoriders yes it does, because I've got one 😂😂😂👍
Yep and the benelli is only a third of the price.shows you money can't buy talent.😂
As a grandfather I love baby heads; as a rider I hate baby heads . .
Great vid! Ride safe…I’m on my 5th DCT bike. Will probably get a 2024 AT DCT/ES!
The 2024's look like they have some exciting changes! I agree safety is very important!

At first i thought. Man climb it, you have a powerbike and then i saw how steep it was haha. Love the AT, i have a DCT from 2017
Thank you! I learned long ago to wait on a climb to ensure the first rider makes it. Otherwise you fail and its a short guy with little leg's fault!
Love this stuff!1
Where is this looks like bc
Capital Forest here in WA state. So pretty similar
Like a quad with two wheels…. Common physics says there’s not enough rubber to push 500 lbs, up hills like that
Benelli i have one trk502x
It needs more power to climb .
steep on camera, very very steep in real ! Heavy bike : super super super very very steep ;)
You are letting the bike ride you .
You gotta be a little aggressive
100% fault of the DCT.
No he should have used more power and speed to climb
DCT? Can't you see he's controlling a clutch lever?
You climbed too slow ,
Get a benelli
At dtc is not bike for that

I didn't see any DCT in the video
