- Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas was in dry dock at the start of 2019 and underwent a $115 Million 'amplification' as Royal Caribbean puts it. The ship received significant changes throughout the ship but the changes to the Main Dining room was last dramatic. The Main Dining Room is location on Decks 3, 4 and 5 Aft. From what I can see the Main Dining Room received new furniture and carpet as part of the dry dock.
We were lucky enough to spend 9 nights onboard this amazing ship in March 2019 for one of its cruises to Labadee, Haiti and the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao), before it settles in to making shorter 3 to 4-night cruises to the Bahamas from its home port in Miami.
We ate at the Main Dining Room for all 9 nights. The Main Dining Room offers fine dining that includes appetizers, main entrees and desserts. This video features the daily dinner menu as well as photos of the food items we ordered each night. Viewers may notice that there are no dessert photos on Day 5. Service on that day was a little slow and we had to miss desserts in order to get to the Ice Show. As luck would have it, by the time we got to the Ice Show the venue (Studio) was already full and they were not letting anyone in.
Some of the more memorable dishes we had were:
★ Slow Roasted Prime Rib (so tender)
★ Roasted Beef Tenderloin
★ Royal Cheesecake (so creamy)
★ Broiled Lobster Tail (small but very well made)
★ Baked French Onion Soup (ordered more than once)
★ Shrimp and Potato Salad
★ Roasted Rack of Lamb
Overall, the food in the Main Dining Room was great and actually much improved from our last experience with Royal Caribbean on the Freedom of the Seas in 2017.

I love when you got this a moment
The tomato soup is the best tomato soup I’ve ever had. No one does it better than RC
Yes, I agree! Thanks for viewing!
this is great, not sure why it doesn't have over 100k views
I weigh 700 lbs thanks...... for the foreplay before my 19 course supper
I love the meals at the dining halls. I prefer to order, go somewhere else and come back for my food in 20 min. I guess I'm can't wait too long for my food
Hv a nice day from ruby princess
The 80’s called. They want their grand marnier dessert back
Hungry just thinking about it 😋😋😋
French onion soup, prime rib, Escargot crab and seafood cake finished off with royal cheesecake
Sounds like a great meal 😋
That’s was years ago! Not the same now in 2023!!!! Smaller portions and not same quantity! Sad but true !
Beautiful dining room, but those chairs are packed way too close together. I would have to reserve a small table in advance.
Thank youuuu
Thank you for watching!
What an excellent video! We are looking forward to our first cruise in 2020. A good example of what to expect.
Rip
Haha, June was supposed to be my first cruise as well, obviously that didn’t go as planned, hoping June is better
I guess you like the French Onion soup? I did!
Yes it was very good on the Navigator of the Seas! I just had to order it more than once!
That French Onion Soup looked so gooood.
I was on Symphony of the Seas a few months ago. I see a lot of it's the same food.
Yes, but they do change their menus from time to time. Some of my previous favorite items on Royal Caribbean cruises are no longer being offered.
thank you for such a great video. Too bad I can't eat any of it. I go for their NEW vegan menu. I hope all cruises will have more healthy options.
Enchantment of the seas has the best food out of all the ships
Have never been on the Enchantment OTS. I might try it now.
@@Cloud7Travel yes we loved it a lot it’s a lot better than liberty of the seas
The staff was great and the food was out of this world the ship was just the right size
Is this all inclusive?
Yes, everything shown on this video were included in the cruise fare.
I wonder if someone has eaten spaghetti bolognese every day 😃
I wonder the same thing. Although I have my go to items on the Classics menu, I don't think I have ordered the same thing more than twice on the same cruise! :)
milamina foana tsika mamiko eee tsy raha tsy hampianatsy cours francais sy anglais jtm bb
Too much seafood, french onion soup and no chicken???
Come to think of it, we rarely ever order chicken dishes on a cruise.I guess we liked beef and seafood more than chicken 🐔 😋
