Finding the best 7th Grade Boulders on the South West Coast.

This week we travel to the Southwest to find some of THE BEST 7th grade boulders in the country at two iconic bouldering locations: Hartland and Tintagel.
I have special memories of rock climbing in both places and returning with Frankie was an amazing experience as we had beautiful weather and even better bouldering by the coast!
Bouldering on the South West coast is an amazing experience but again it is good to plan ahead and prepare your visit as both places in this episode are tidal so do not get caught out!

Love the dynamic between Shauna and Ned, where Shauna rolls up to the boulder no idea about the name, grade, or even part of the country they're in and Ned has all of the beta, GPS coords memorized, all of the history, and knows the sun angles

Cornwall was a summer vacation destination for my family when I was little. I remember scrambling (barefoot soloing) up and down the cliffs totally unawares that climbing was a sport. Great fun though it completely (probably rightly) freaked my mom out. Haven't been back in ... well, let's just leave it at before 1990. The bouldering looks so cool!
