St Bees and Eskdale are right up there with my favourite bouldering spots. Sandstone and UK Granite 😍. Personally I love Undercooke but I can use the more common beta. That pinch is 👌
Hi Shauna! just wanted to say this series has been one of my favorites of the climbing content on TH-cam in the last few weeks/months! And I follow a ton of stuff :) I'd love to see more like this!
Wallowbarrow looks cool but the Dart I think in Devon is as good. One boulder so far, though not in the guide book. Got to finish the lines first. 6B to probably 7B+. But by far the most secluded, picturesque, tranquil and magical of spots. Though I get the sense Shauna might not be so psyched on river swimming?!
We went bouldering at St Bees in 2013 after hiking through the lake district and the scenery and the rock were absolutely beautiful. How was the access and everything with a toddler at St Bees?
So refreshing to hear a young person in climbing speak without saying “like” between every word
Shauna is a great climber and a good speaker
You are single handedly making me want to plan a bouldering trip to the UK. The boulder in this video are so beautiful and look like lots of fun.

I wish I could do the normal beta 🤣

Awesome! Thank you!
My wishlist is growing quickly with this series!!
These vids are such a joy and a gift thank you Shauna!
Great video!! That version of Yellow Desert Scream is actually called Yellow Bellied Whimper at 7a, and is a lot more scary/hard!
Thanks! There seems to be a lot of problems on one bit of rock it was hard to keep up! 😂

I think you’re highlighting a good point, that grades need to be on a sliding scale depending on height. Who knows, maybe it’ll happen one day!
Surprised Hueco Crack didn't make the top 50!
Hueco Crack is an amazing line! Honestly, doing this 50 best isn't easy 🤣
I find Alphane more amenable than Undercooke.
