Love your tips mate , but just wondering if there is a way to get Siri to turn off the screen without shutting down ?
I have tried it sometime in the past and got the response “ I can’t do that “ from Siri .
I know the iPhone will turn off on its own in X amount of time , but if you turn your iPhone on and off a lot , it’s handy to save some battery by turning the screen off immediately with a voice command if you are busy.
      Cheers.

If you say “Hey Siri, lock phone screen” Siri will lock your screen WITHOUT restarting your phone. I use this feature all the time when I drive.

Siri tips are my favorite set of videos that you do. As a woman of advanced years, I use Siri a lot, and I have always wished that Apple would put out a continuingly updated set of functions that they have given to Siri, or, as is frequently the case, that they have taken away from Siri. I spent several days searching Apple-centric forums, trying to find out if Apple had actually taken away the feature where Siri could search photos by objects or dates, etc. I finally found somewhere that said that that feature was taken away. After I had spent quite a while looking, because it was a feature that I used very frequently with my over 10,000 photos. Please keep the Siri updates going whenever they come out which admittedly is not often enough. Thanks a lot! 0:06

I think this Siri-only restart method is pretty cool, but also potentially dangerous. Imagine someone else forcing your phone to restart at opportunistic times. It could stop you from calling for help or otherwise. Could be combined with other techniques/exploits/social engineering to aid in crimes. I love it as a feature, but there needs to be an option to turn it off considering it could potentially be a security issue for people.

You can only have one timer. However, If you use the term alarm… Check out below:
Set my lasagna alarm for 50 minutes
Set my garlic bread alarm for 15 minutes
It will create named alarms that will expire that far in the future.
Helpful if you are making a large meal. The only downside is that it creates each of these is a named alarm and they can stack up. But you can ask Siri to delete alarms.
