I love you guys! I especially like you and PJ doing things like podcast and vlogs together. I think you guys made valid points! My only issues is with the events! I do think it’s fair that content creators get to go to the events. Yes, but I also think it should rotated. EVERY single event the same people get to go. Not to brag or say I’m better than anyone, because I’m not, but me and my spouse have bought 7 tesla and helped with model 3 deliveries in Maryland, we have bought FSD on each car, tons of swag, some referrals no where as many as you two, and we are shareholder, but I think it would be at least fair that we get to go to one Tesla event, I mean one isn’t to much to ask for. It’s only fair. I have giving Tesla so much money over the years. It’s kinda a slap in the face. I love that I get to live thru your lens of the events. I’m not taking what you do for granted. I just want to experience Tesla events like you do. Sorry for the long comment. Fun facts, we used your referral code for our first Tesla! Keep up the great work, maybe one day I’ll get to go to an event, as it’s getting kinda lame that the same people go each time.
I agree that it's generally the same ppl (aka influencers) that get to go. I've purchased 16 Teslas (yes 16) over the last 6 years and currently have 8. What's it take to get on the VIP list?
Maybe Tesla could Do 3 month short term lease. So more people can try it, like a preview. Then pass it on to the next lucky, leaser.. before the truck is available to everyone for long term purchasers..
People have forgotten the old Volvo commercials that focused on safety. Good move by Tesla to focus on what really matters to families, safety!
Some live streaming would be awesome; to feel like we are there going around the place. But higher quality audio and video later is more important:)

The reseller clause will be rewritten and included in the Cybertruck agreement. It’s perfectly legal.. it discourages scalpers .

About the resellers clause…if someone got into a pre purchase agreement with a 1yr/$50k clause, they agreed to those terms similar to John Cena and his ‘17 Ford GT; they can’t complain about that. However, my issue is a 1yr/$50k clause is not in the 3+ year pre purchase agreement I agreed to and I’d be pissed if it is in the final purchase agreement. A pre purchase agreement is a contract and Tesla would be violating that contract by changing the resellers clause. Tesla baked in an out in an out for themselves in the contract, which basically allows them to breach the contract with especially no liability. Their liability limit to incidental damages, which includes breach of contract, is return of the $100 order fee.
Maybe you should read carefully the reservation terms. It’s not a pre-purchase agreement it’s a place holder, it don’t guarantee any price or spec. It’s a 100% refundable reservation place holder.
Read it yourself. One of the clauses is “agreement to purchase” and states “…and by taking delivery, completing the transaction when the Vehicle is ready for delivery from Tesla, Inc. or its affiliate (“we,” “us” or “our”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.” You’re right, it doesn’t guarantee a price or spec, but there is a resellers clause we both agreed to when I made a payment; ie a ‘consideration’ in contract law.

What a horrible Tesla ad. I don't know anyone who bought a Tesla due to crash tests. MeetKevin asked to advertise to EDUCATE newbies about charging, gas savings, etc.
Only way I was able to convince my wife to buy a 6 figure car… finances helped but the safety is what convinced her

If I was Tesla CEO I would auction off the first 10k trucks on Tesla's website. Everything over MSRP goes to public schools in low income areas of Austin.
Definitely vlog format. Live streams at these events are almost always low quality due to data network congestion. Would love to see you guys try to find some Tesla employees to interview at the event and ask some questions that aren't asked by the other content creators
The "Clause" is unnecessary drama. Will be interested to see the Mercedes charging experience. Don't worry too much how you say "T". You got this far with your channel so it probably doesn't matter. I would like to see your channel grow to 1 mil subs. I am glad you have an invite. It would be fun for me to go but what difference would it make? I hope my reservation can purchase a Cybertruck with 500+mi range. I have day 1 reservation within the first hour. Waiting...waiting...waiting. Elon is awesome in spit of what Ros Gerber thinks :).
It seems like yesterday that "Like Tesla Kim" was looking at the Cybertruck rolling out on the stage with stunned disbelief and disapproval as if Elon Musk was playing the largest practical joke of all time. And now, here we are, four years later.
PJ, Tesla is going to factor in the # of vehicles enroute to the SuperCharger site, to calculate rough wait time etc.. though they now route to SC’s, they haven’t been factoring this into the SC availability/wait timen👍✅

I think they should of kept the 1 year rule, cars should go to people that actually want to drive and own them, not flippers, as a Porsche owner and someone who missed out on 992 GT3 I'm sick of flippers.

I don’t have any early reservation, however telling what someone can or cannot do with their property is not ethical. Now I would support, Tesla themselves auction off a % of their production to satisfy those who have the means. And also capitalize on the profits!
Lease to own with a 1 year minimum lease time solves the resale issue.
No need to apologize if u buy it u own it. Flip it if u can that’s your business and no one else’s. Do a couple weeks of videos and take that profit if that’s what u want.

Guys, I enjoy your content even tho I'm a Mach-e owner. My next car will be the Cybertruck, so I'm leaning towards Tesla vehicles. Can I suggest an idea. I can understand Tesla reasoning to not be able to sale within a year. We have so many scalpers out there that will buy a product and then turn around and resell that very product 10 times over. I actually like the idea that Tesla would do this to protect us all from SCAMMERS….
Let me give you a different perspective on the limitation of selling a CyberTruck. I ordered mine the next day, and based on the CyberTruck tracker I am like 200k in line. Yet you have some u-tuber that can get 10+ trucks just to flip before I get mine. How does this benefit Tesla. They aren’t making any money and this u-tuber rich kid get to flip for a profit Multiple cars before people that been waiting years can get a truck they actually want to use as a truck. Which sell helps Tesla the most? I suggest that Tesla not only put the year clause but even not sell more than 1 to any user till they are producing surplus trucks.

I agree with Kim about the Tesla resale prohibition for Cybertruck. But, I wonder if Tesla is worried that people will sell their Cybertrucks just because they decide they just don't like the trucks.

Tesla: doesn't geo-fence the site of the fatality, allowing other Tesla cars to pull towards the same concrete lane devider that tripped up their "so-called-self-learning" system. Have we EVER seen AP self-learn, stop missing corners or preventing the lethal conclusion to anomalous but locally specific situations?
