@@chrisbraid2907Spent the same amount of money as paint, and added a less durable coating to an insanely durable surface. I put a front wrap on my Model 3 to protect the paint. With the CT, I wouldn't have spent the money. But on the bright side, it's red.
Yours is the first video I've seen that shows how practical the Cybertruck can be.
I cannot understand how in the US a simple kids car seat can almost not fit into a giant Model X while we in Europe fit the same seats into tiny compact cars.
Not sure, we fit our car seat no problem in a Model Y. I think she has so much going on, gets confused and mucks up the install lol.
There was a post on twitter, I think, that the Cybertruck made someone the coolest mom when picking up her kids. Something tells me husbands will not have a hard time convincing the wives to make the purchase.

ideally you should load up the model x and then try fit the same in cybertruck.

3:20 that the isofix system. Just click it in and there's no more need to use the seatbelts. Very common in Europe!

You guys have 5 Costco's in a 25 mile radius? I'm jealous, we have 1 in our entire state. Awesome cybertuck! Honestly it's the best vehicle out there unless you have to tow long distances a lot. But for non towing it's perfect.
We have to drive 2.5 hours to the nearest tesla charger and 4 hours to the nearest COSTCO. We love where we live but would be nice to at least have another charging station.

I do hope there will be either a Tesla or an aftermarket solution for the front center console/bench seat configuration (as it really opens up more room for a 3rd passenger in the front). When the CT price drops to 79K (plus the 7,500 credit), Model X sales will precipitously decline IMO (if they haven’t already) 🤔. Awesome review guys, well done 👏🏻😎.

the Clek Foonf car seat is great, but you better not move it between cars, it's soooo heavy. plus, it's very heavy, so it will leave a big dent on the seat after using it for a long time. it's built like a tank though, and the fabric is very comfy

Don't know if I want this for 2 kids..we are going over to the mini van to fit us. In comparison to size, we have an acura mdx 2020 and it is too small for 2 kids (4 yrs & 7 months).

The sensors are really good at stopping the frunk from closing if something is in the way, I’ll give it that
Practical, depends on the # of kids you haul daily. The family dog would go where? I would say a heavy duty cargo net would be required to make sure everything in the bed does not slide around, especially if you’re going home from a normal Costco shopping trip. Just to note my Lab likes to lay down in the back seat of my M3, takes up most of the bench.
If you have multiple kids and dog(s), minivan is still the way to go as no living thing should be in the bed of the cybertruck. But if you have one kid and one dog. the dog can lay down after you fold up half the back bench.

I think the features of the cybertruck is cool. The main thing that is stopping me from pulling the trigger is the range. To play over $100k to not get that much more range than a model Y or X is not cool. Then the battery pack to put on the bed at that point what if the purpose of having it as a truck when it’s taking up room in the bed.
Ok what gives with the wheels? They're different on drivers and passengers sides? Or is this editing and two different CTs?

So it’s moderately suitable as a daily commuter if you have tons of free cash on hand. Got it. Too bad I have to settle for a Toyota Proace city to get around. It does have more legroom, space and a bigger trunk in its defence. Not to mention it only costs a third.

But personally, Model X would be my choice except that you will not get that kind of attention because of dated body design.

Every “truck” feature she pointed out is done better with just a regular F150 or Silverado. Plus they don’t have giant sunroofs that bake your kids. Maybe I’m just old fashioned.

I have a model 3 / 2024 version and i love it... a lot :) But that thing is ugly as sin and i would not get one of those no matter how big it is on teh inside. Great video though :)
If I could drive anymore I would get a cybertruck.
In July it will get FSD 12.5 which should be the first to let you drive it yourself again.
