- Welcome to Fanjingshan (梵净山) - located nearby to Tongren in the Guizhou region. It was so fun to spend the day walking around the Fanjing National Nature Reserve!
We had to cut the journey short because we spent a lot of time taking selfies and interacting with the locals and school groups! We were the only foreigners there, so they were all very surprised to see us! It definitely took up more time than expected.
It’s a good reason to go back in the future to experience more of this incredible area in China. But I hope you all enjoyed watching this video, and I’m excited to bring more content soon from a different region.
As always, im extremely grateful for all the support!

Your travels in China are always full of surprises, discovering beautiful butterflies (they need to live in a good natural environment), encountering magical weather, joining a team of cute students, fun!!
Thank you very much for your kind comment! So happy you enjoyed enjoyed watching our journey so far 🤗 the butterflies were beautiful 😍
Fujinshan, one of the most famous places of Daoism, my traveling target
It was absolutely spectacular 😍😍
在中国,大部分景点都可以寄存包裹行李,或者放在酒店或者寄存酒店就行了,很安全。
Great to know! We’ll have a look at this again for next time we hike somewhere 🙈 thanks for watching!
FYI, the thing looking like fish is cut bamboo shoot in cross-section. You can clearly see the structure of the bamboo which is a series of strong and independent cavities. That's why the bamboo grows so fast , so strong, and so light! It is literally like building Lego! This is also why in China, the bamboo is a good materials for scaffolding and raft. By the way, also in Guizhou, you can have a ride in the bamboo raft in 漓江. All right, enough of the lecture, those people probably steam the bamboo shoot to preserve it and use them later for the stir-fry!😁
Yeah, but bamboo shoots have cyanide so needs treatment to leach it before eating it.
@@s._3560 Thanks for the info! Good to know!
bambo raft in guiyhou soo cool

nina seems to be in better shape, you are always huffing and puffing 😅
Hahah absolutely! Never again! 😝 yeah we were both out of breath! Had to stop a lot to wait for Nina too!
I wouldn't like to visit a sacred mountain when there's so many people, so crowded and so much noise. I like to have the experience of feeling the peace and tranquility that should come with it in such an environment, taking in all the magnificence of this Buddhist mountain. It's difficult when it's so noisy.
Now you see “people mountain” and I believe you will see “people sea” soon 😂…” people mountain, people sea. Today no see tomorrow see “😅
in Chinese they called Ren Shan Ren Hai
Thank you for another great video on China. I can't wait to see a real panda myself.

Heyyyy here's a little reminder in case u dunno...normally there r luggage deposit service in or around tourist service center. soometimes free sometimes charge less than a 10 rmb for a couple of hours per locker, it depends. They r all safe, stealing is really rare nowadays. Feel free to ask for help and leave ur luggage when climbing, if u need. It looks so tiring😢😢Btw thanks for another great episode it's so lollllll when u run out of ni hao looooool😂😂😂I can't help laugh my lungs out 🤣🤣🤣

I have met a young couple in Thailand recently. They were from US and flow to Singapore and they were traveling from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and then to Cambodia and Vietnam and before going back to US.
We have happened to have a casual friendly conversation and I have asked them since they are so near to China, why not go to China just for a few days to see China. I told them China is very interesting. But I was surprised of what they told me.
They said according to all their media reports in US and advice by their government and many other people. They were advice and told not to travel to China. Even their parents don't allow them to go to China. They were told China is not a safe country to travel. Very dirty, poor rundown infrastructures, poor transportation system, polluted, homeless people are everywhere waiting to rob tourists are common even in broad daylight. Chances of been detained for no reason by the Communist government is very high. Because China is an authoritarian state and all foreign visitors are monitored by thousands of cameras everywhere and every minute where foreign visitors go. Foreign visitors from western countries can be detained for months or even years for no reason.
All these is what they know about China. The couple is like below 25 years of age and already so badly brainwashed by their government and controlled media. This is really sad.
Love you guys, keep up the great work!
Aww thank you so much! I appreciate that ❤️ looking forward to sharing more soon!

your trip is so busy ,climb too much moutains, next time maybe you can have a lazy time in china
Hahah 😝 yes maybe!
There are many reasons why China is misunderstood. First, some Western countries, led by the United States, do not like things that are different from them, especially political systems and religious beliefs. They lack tolerance and equality; Second, China's rapid progress has made some countries very uncomfortable. They have lost the sense of superiority and pride that they have long held as the center of the world, generating jealousy and even hatred. Third, most of the major social media and software on the Internet are controlled by Americans. They have long encouraged content that defames China and restricted the dissemination of content that benefits China. So I want to show you a real China. You can also point out what you feel uncomfortable about. As long as it is objective and impartial, we can accept it with an open mind and continuously improve.
