Thanks for the inside story of Fishbites. I always thought it was the smell of Fishbites and now with your video we learn about the chemical it uses from the bait. Really cool you got inside the lab and got to talk the guys working on this. Maybe a more indepth tour of the Fishbites facility to see the finished product. Very cool.

Gulp has ghost shrimp.

They have a Ghost Shrimp shape but not a Ghost Shrimp scent. Their Ghost Shrimp mold has the same scent as their Sand Flea mold. They have one scent, Fishbites has multiple, specific scents. Hope this helps

​@@fishbitesbrettburford5600Gulp has some bottles with spray for putting on other baits and it comes in Herring, Shrimp and other scents. But I think you're right about the soft plastics in the packages all smelling the same. I won't say what it smells like to me but it catches fish.

If they don't bite during the day you should try at night during the full moon. I've done very well at night on full moons, and often not so great during the day.
