Most of what people pay attention too is on ETH but the WAX blockchain has a bunch of amazing things being built. Blankos Block Party that's being built on EOS is a desktop Metaverse.
Mainstream exposure is going to be a nightmare and bad for blockchain publicity, newbies who didn't take the time understand the ecosystem, either because the sub-ecosystem doesn't care or laziness of the targeted audience. How can a project require KYC, but not provide accurate clarity to their own users? Ape-ing in takes on a whole new level
Im loving the more down to earth reporting, this looks like peak weimar to me, these things aren't even attractive. Its the "magic realism" of the 1920's all over again. Impressive there are so many "artists" yet they cant see the uncanny resemblance to the trash art of 1920's germany.
You can't technically build games on ETH you need a layer 2 or a layer 1 that has the throughput. The games on ETH aren't bad but like every other game that starts on ETH they move away from ETH to either another blockchain or a layer 2 solution. ETH isn't for gaming it's for running the world's financial institutions. There are other blockchains that work better for games.

You can development games on ETH but the transaction fees have been forcing developers to find other options. I love ETH I just don't think games should be built on it. If you want to build a game using the EVM then there's other options out there that allow the EVM. ETH does have a bunch of resources for developers and I wish more chains follow ETH on that but there are other options other than ETH. ETH is where all the money is so that's where most people decide to build.
