Land Clearing Time Lapse

Clearing some land in a back yard of a home of stumps and underbrush to make way for a larger lawn area. I the video there is our Bobcat E50, and T300. Also you will see a Bobcat 337 and T180 that we had on loaner when our machines were in for service.

Thanks! Took a week. Did it all by my self except for one day I had someone running the track loader. I also hauled out 10 Tri-Axle loades of stumps and hauled in 250 yards of top soil.

Looks great I suppose! What abt the comment below that a dozer would do the job in an hour? I have some 30 acre farm that I am considering changing to a development with 20 lots and a road with ditches on sides to carry the water to a detention pond. Please send me some info what it will take for a guy like you, appx cost.

just had land cleared for orchard not completely level but full of clay ! what would you recomemend for top layer for planting fruit trees ??

+Cary Tingley Foot of fresh chipped trees laid on the clay. Plant the trees in the clay and put the chips right up to the trunk. Let it go and watch it grow. Do Not till chips into the clay,just layer.
