Let’s Jam in the Kitchen. Fresh Strawberry jam! 🍓🍓🍓

Hi! We have fresh strawberries on this summer June weekend. The late afternoon sun is streaming into my sister’s kitchen window. I show you all how I make strawberry jam. Small batch. (1.5-2 cups strawberries smashed, 1/3 cup grated apple, 3/4 cup sugar.) yields approx. 8 ounces jam after cooking & stirring on a low boil for 25 minutes
