If I have a chance next time, I want to try chicken steak.

This brings back so many childhood memories! I used to get the corn soup with black pepper and some sort of sour drink from the dispenser. And when the steak comes you hold up an unfolded napkin so it doesn't sizzle onto you.

非常辛苦~每天不停的10多个小时站着煎炸爆炒，还好他只是鸡肉和牛肉，如果还有鱼肉跟配菜/炸薯条，就更加的忙~
我以前也在夜市做過牛排 巔峰時刻真的忙到連喝水都沒空
