Try and tell this to one of the best permuculture poeple on the planet. Geofflawton.com This is mumbo jumbo. Symbiotic farming is the way. Get away from mono industrial farming. Back to small farms and more people back to the land. Traditional farming with local farmers markets. Higher the process of the food the higher the health declines. I would look at the kirlian camera on high energy food. This is the cure to health. Fresh is such an underrated statement. The world must start to sustain themselves personally with systems that grow by them selves. No dig gardens. Urban permuculture. If you looked hard into what needs to go into high processed food then maybe top it off with a bit of microwave radiation heat then eat that for ten years from your 30s - 40s. Start thinking of getting your will in order because another 20 years its over.
