Thank you, Julia!!! ❤ OH my gosh, I've found 2 crocheted tablecloths and if they are still available, my first thought was "I'm going to send a bunch of these crocheted flowers to Julia!!!" I'm crossing my fingers for us, lol!!! Have a great week at your summer shop! Brenda 🎉
Hi Brenda, you are so sweet for always thinking about me. If you do happen to mail them, my new address is: 912 McKinley Ave, #110, Detroit Lakes, MN, 56501. Thanks for watching! Hugs, Julia
This is so sweet, Julia - I love all things “tiny!” 😊 And it’s perfect to use in that frame you found, wow… I’ve been wanting to do a little landscape stitching, too - thank you for showing just how simple and fun it can be! 😃
You are unbelievable with wonderful ideas. Love the fabric house in a frame. I Have done something similar with blues for my beach/ocean scene. Would like to see more. Thanks
Hi Pam, My summer has been crazy but fun. We moved into our lake cottage. It's super small and I feel like I'm on vacation every day. My husband tells me that's not a bad thing! Hope you are doing well too. Hugs Julia
Thank you for the idea and visual treat. When you mentioned the background fabric I wasn't sure if you might be talking about drop cloth as the fabric you used????
Hi Julia. I love this idea of using an upcycled frame to use for a small hand stitch project. I will definitely try it! Question for you. I’m thinking of taking stamps and putting them on solid fabrics to make my own kind of fabric. I was wondering if there is a type of ink pad that will make the stamp permanent on a quilt. Thanks for your help and inspiration!!
Hi, I use the Archival Ink pads by Ranger. They are colorfast and waterproof. I usually stamp, let dry, then heat set with my iron. I do recommend testing first by stamping on a scrap and washing. I love stamping on fabric!
Never thought about doing this. Those would make nice gifts.
Agree! A great gift idea.
Your videos inspire me so much. ❤
