Thanks for the comparison. Very interesting. I've always preferred the Endorphin Pro series over New Balance's Elite series but you make some very good points as they both aren't in the top tier on Super shoes so comfort and ride become increasing factors when making a buying decision. Perhaps the new Elite v4 is a more enjoyable ride. However, the weight and upper of the Pro 4 and past experience with the Pro series is a winner in my books. I'll see which shoe gets discounted the most and probably decide based on that and pick one up next year.

Running my first marathon in September and been training in Hoka Clifton 9s and more recently the NB Rebel v4s which I love! Tried on the NB SC Elite and they were great, what would you suggest out of the 2?

@@joshuahawkettjones5680 I think the Pro is the faster and more stable but the Elite is more comfortable, softer and bouncy so it would depend on what ride you prefer.
From the shoes you have been training in I am guessing the Elite would complement those shoes better. Good luck in your Marathon!

Funny thing is "cut in half" reviews measured the sc elite at a 9mm drop.

I'm looking for my first pair of carbon racers. I have a pair of Endorphin Speed 4s and love them. I can get the Metaspeed Paris on discount for $50 less than the Endorphin Pros.
Will either of the Metaspeed Paris series be safe enough for me (goal marathon 3:20), or should i stick with (and pay more) for the Saucony?

If you normally need some type of stability it's safer to go either of these shoes but if you are a pretty strong neutral runner the Paris series should be ok. The Paris series are pretty narrow in the rear just like the Vaporfly.

What’s a Good shoe for pushing paces when training/racing 5-10ks, thats what I primarily train for for. I was thinking vaporfly 2 on discount

Any Vaporfly you can get your hands on is a great option, also check out the ASICS Metaspeed Sky Paris...it's an amazing shoe

Looking for something soft and bouncy like the elite v4 but very breathable. Is there anything else out there that would be soft and bouncy but more breathable? thanks
