Love watching what your family is doing in the green houses. Everything is looking wonderful. The hanging baskets are filling out beautifully. It won’t be long and you will be going to market.

Okay I need more information on tomato seed sterilization with the hot water and cold. What is going on with that. I was just at a local "big box store" to get some roses. Noticed there Arkansas Traveler tomato sets were $5.98 each. I have around 50 plants that are twice there size. I am having to cut lights and water down to slow growth because it will be at least 2 to 3 weeks before I can get my sets into ground. Great video.
Dear Logan, The updates are excellent as a guide for me in Tennessee (Hardiness Zone 7a) compared to your Pennsylvania location. Thank you for the excellent tip on Epsom salts. I'll get the soils and water tested here to see what macro and micro nutrients/minerals it might be strong in and lacking. Wishing you the absolute best thriving!
Hello Logan! The sight of the greenhouse is making me itch to start my seeding but, it’s too soon here. Thank you for sharing the Epsom salts details…very useful. I am actually surprised you haven’t pulled out the grass in the high tunnel. I know mulching is adding nutrients but, if you the leave roots, it just regrows. If only I lived closer…. I really would volunteer! Take care…👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Logan I’ve planted winter rye before and mowed it eight times and still green as grass ,,it won’t die until you get it too hot ,,,so now you want it to die ,,,just add heat. And cut off any water
Nice video. When do u guys start to fertilize your seedlings. Do u start right after u take them off the heat or wait until u have true leaves starting to grow??
Add some food coloring to the Epsom Salt solution. You can also dry those seeds on parchment paper (if that was what you were trying to do), they won't stick like they do on the paper towels.
A Garden Tiller should work well,Just let it dry out a little..Then work some chicken manure into the soil,You'll get a Bonanza of Tomatoes.I learned this trick from an old Tomato farmer
Logan, those hanging baskets your Mom planted are filling out like crazy. Looking so so good. 😊👍👍

That grass is good fertilizer( soaked in water) and mulch.

Its so organized.... Wow
Some thing I learned when cutting wet grass always mow so the grass coming out of the mower is going into the grass you have already cut
Jamaica 🇯🇲 here awesome 😎
Next time use Oat/Pea mixture fixes nitrogen and lowers salt. Easier to terminate.
Yo bro, after you mowed rye your ready to plant right into stubble. This is how the organic guys do it, DON'T TILL

Logan you might have to go over it twice but you should be able to till that rye under. I like wheat as it doesn't run away with you like rye can.
Yes, the rye may have been a piece of bad advice from a pretty young greenhouse "farmer" I used to listen to also hehe 😅
my water in colorado springs measures at 20 ppm coming out we have some of the cleanest water in the world here
So?
Put red food color in you Epsom salts
Rye grass smoothie? Isn't that big money in a healthfood store?
Nice video. When do u guys start to fertilize your seedlings. Do u start right after u take them off the heat or wait until u have true leaves starting to grow??
Around 1-2 weeks after they germinate. Thanks for watching 😁
Good day to all.

I use coffee filters instead of paper towels
