I've been looking for apple mint its just big leaf mint and it spreads really well.. I grew it years ago but can't find it now.. bought some spearmint seed.. i don't have a greenhouse so i put my trays in my kitchen... with food prices so high even at the local farmers market who is getting it i guess from AZ right now.. i think gardening is going to be very important for everyone this year.
You need to put a set of ape hangers on that tiller! Bending over and walking with your legs spread is a recipe for back troubles later on. Protect yourself! You've got a long way to go.

Logan its ok to walk for a second on the rows you are tilling or you can walk beside the machine. Compaction is not going to happen that fast. Straddling the row like that makes you look like just got hit in the nuts by a horse. Thanks for the video.
