So glad someone was finally able to film Natasha Richardson’s grave. What a beautiful grave it is, such a tragic death much too soon!
I was shocked when she passed away
I’ve seen it in person. It’s surreal, sad but beautiful. Her husband Liam Neeson lives nearby.

Super excited to have 5 of my visits featured and to be the first contributor shown on this special . Thanks so much Arthur !!!!
😢😢😢😢😢😢😊
You and me both. I was surprised to see 9 of my submissions included and my face at 0:13. 😊 Nice work, sir! High five!
Grave
Your voice is right up there with Morgan Freemans. LEGENDARY!
Glad to see Ric Ocasek😎🎸🎶 Huge fan of The Cars🎤🎵🎹🎸🎷
Thank you Lord...something else worthwhile watching.
Arthur, you deserve to be honored and protected at all costs
Thank you, Arthur, for visiting FDR's Grave. This is one of your best episodes of this viewers special series. Your channel is so amazing.
The late great Tom Sizemore played Bat Masterson in the 1994 film Wyatt Earp. And the tragedy of Natasha Richardson was so sad may she Rest in Peace.
There's something very relaxing and enjoyable watching these Hollywood graveyard videos from the background music to the narrations.
Thank you for mentioning Eric Carr. So few people have visited or documented his grave site. I met Eric a few years before he died and he was the most kind and caring person I ever met. He truly loved his fans. When Kiss went into the Hall Of Fame, he got snubbed which was just wrong considering that he helped resurrect Kiss in the 80's.. He deserves more attention than he gets.
Although he wasn't officially inducted with the band, Gene mentioned him in his speech, saying rest in peace, Eric Carr and Mark St. John. I think all members of a band past and present should be mentioned and inducted, they all played a part.
@@metallicat72 i completely agree with what you said that all members of a band past and present should be mentioned and inducted. Bob Welch played guitar on 4 Fleetwood Mac albums and wrote several of their songs, and he was totally snubbed by Fleetwood Mac when they were inducted. Bob never recovered from that. Fleetwood Mac should be ashamed of themselves.
Great to see a new Hollywood Graveyard. After the death of Dr. Ruth and Richard Simmons on the news today. It's great to see a new episode.
Shannen Doherty had also passed away yesterday from cancer.
We also lost Shelley Duvall. :(
Great episode! Loved every minute
Saturday night with Hollywood Graveyard, can't ask for anything better. Thank you Arthur and Hollywood Graveyard viewers for another wonderful video ❤
Thanks again, Arthur and our Empire State contributors for a wonderful and relaxing tour of New York cemeteries and their famous inhabitants.
Another wonderful Hollywood Graveyard Authur!! I always look forward to the next one. I wish someone would do a book of some of the beautiful headstones from many of our favorite stars and entertainers. Especial thanks for Helen Hayes and the Redgraves!!!
I am honored to see so much of my footage getting used to making this video. I was glad to be a part of it, and I hope everyone was able to enjoy watching it. "We'll see you on the next one."
Finally, someone noticed that Louise Brooks is buried in Holy Sepulcher cemetery in Rochester NY. If I had a vehicle, I would have revisited her and sent a video to this channel. I'm so glad she was finally recognized!
Informative, I always thought Grandma Moses and Bat Masterson were fictional, what I have learned at 71😮😮
Natasha Richardson 's monument is beautiful. I was so happy to see Helen Hayes resting place.Great actress.I loved Snoop Sisters with Mildred Natwick!
Mildred is featured in Viewers' Special #11 as I recall -
th-cam.com/video/rUA0OVaKjgA/w-d-xo.html
Thank you, I appreciate it! I love rewatching past Hollywood Graveyard videos!😊
I love that you featured so much of my beloved home, the Hudson Valley. One grave at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery that nobody filmed is that of Phillip "Little Phil" Hamilton, Alexander and Eliza's youngest child. He was a an Assistant U.S. Attorney and state prosecutor.
Sunday morning and Hollywood Graveyard? Cooool! Greeting from Swiss🇨🇭🙋♂️😉
Sunday midnight, off from work tomorrow... bed, iPad and fresh air, with Hollywood graveyard , perfect , thank you Arthur 💻✌🏼🛏🌬🌙🌚🌌🌃
Once again Mr Dark I leave your Wonderful Video more enlightened than I was at the start. Many Thanks
Every time I watch your show Arthur it makes me appreciate the people who passed and my life blessings ❤❤❤
THANK YOU for talking about Eric Carr, as he is not really talked about in music since he died the same day as another celebrity mentioned in an earlier video.....Freddie Mercury, as both died on November 24, 1991
Thank you for including the Rosenbergs in the video.
What we were told then about this couple compared to what we know now are night and day.
They were spies. Their deaths were justified, no matter how awful Cohn and Co were.
I always loved watching Hollywood Graveyard back then. Glad a new tour has been uploaded.
Another informative show thank you Arthur and and those who took the time to film and submit their clips. I am always looking forward to the trips down memory lane.
Nice to hear you again Mr. dark other people may have found these graves, but you put them together and give us the history of each person. Excellent work.
Not all children of the 70’s sat transfixed in front of the TV. E G Marshall was also the host of The CBS Radio Mystery Theater, which taught me how creating the pictures in my mind was so much better than most television; Saturday morning cartoons being the exception.
Thank you for that memory. As a teenager, I used to love laying on my bed on a Sunday afternoon while listening to The CBS Radio Mystery Theater with EG Marshall.
Fantastic, as always, so interesting👌✌️ The story about Crowther, the volunteer fireman on 9/11, was extremely touching.
Rip to all the fallen.. especially our service men
What a nice way to end my day, enjoying a nice new video from Hollywood Graveyard.Well done Aurthur Dark.
I found this video so interesting - I was surprised to find out that James MacArthur had passed away - it was great to see he is with his mom! Thanks very interesting to know how widely spread around Hollywood types are across the USA!
I was waking up from surgery and heard the nurses talking about Peter Duel's death. I thought it was a bad dream until later. I really enjoyed his work. I intended to writer my dissertation on James Fenimore Cooper. A wonderful writer.
Editing is like magic.... seamless from the origonal..... another graey episode!! Thank you Art.
What a treat, just over an hour.... sheer joy ❤
Thank you, everyone, for the wonderful videos of the graves! Mr. Dark, you are a legend. Thank you for putting it together. Much love to you all!
After all the drama today…this was such a relief
Yes, indeed! I was thinking that myself.
My home. I'm so happy for this video
Bayshore NY baby
Thank you Arthur you actually uploaded this on my birthday!
thank you for featuring eric carr in this video.
WOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! LET'S GO!!!!!!! You talked about Massachusetts well I'm a Masshole myself!!! Originally from JP!!! I've lived around Boston my entire life & my last home was East Boston!!
Thank you, Arthur, and to everyone who provided footage for another great episode. I had been meaning to get footage of Louise Brooks' grave but never got around to it. I have a photo along with a photo of the last place she lived, which is near to my house. Louise was quite a trailblazer; she absolutely hated the Hollywood contract system which is pretty much the reason why she gave up acting. Even by today's standards, she was quite a beauty.
So nice to see Hollywood Graveyard still has so much history to show us!
Thanks so much for using 6 of my featured folks. So glad to see my Hudson Valley on Hollywood Graveyard..Poughkeeosie, Millbrook, Hyde Park, Newburgh, New Windsor..was really cool. Mr. Dark RULES!!!!!
Awesome Tour Arthur from you and your Viewers who sent their Videos of some the most Fascinating People that are buried at Cemeteries in and around the Big Apple NYC! The Cemeteries were Beautiful and most of the Graves and Mausoleums were stunning! Enjoyed all the Incredible Stories of these Amazing People! Thanks to the Viewers who sent the footage and to you Arthur for putting it all together so brilliantly into a Fabulous Tour! Loved it! 👏🖤🍎
Another wonderful installment. It was great seeing where the beautiful and talented Louise Brooks is laid to rest. The Cars were a big part of my youth back in the 80's so it was nice to see where Ric is buried. Also, one of my favorite shows, Hawaii Five-O's James MacArthur and the great artist Edward Hopper. I have a copy of "Nighthawks" hanging in my home. It's my favorite.
Locust Valley cemetery is where my family is buried. The cemetery was designed by the Olmsted Brothers the same architects that designed Central Park. Nice work covering Long Island, my fellow Hollywood Graveyard fans!
I met Chita several times after her shows at 54 Below here in NYC. She was a close friend of my jazz teacher and was active right up until the end of her journey. She was up on stage at 90 in a hot dress and still had the moves. She was everything she appeared to be, and more. A good, kind person to boot.
😅her great show Arthur! Thanku again!
Other
Another for Pete sakes!!!
Lovely headstone of Natasha Richardson and I like A patient trap film and rest in peace Natasha Richardson 😞😇🙏 thank you Arthur
Aha! Redone! Thanks Arthur!
Nice job everyone, Thanks Arthur,
Great time with a video and great music. Love your channel.
Love Natasha Richardson. So glad she was featured in this video!
Awesome video as always. Mara and I are honored to have submitted a video.
Amazing video, thanks to all contributors 👌😀
I met Pete Deuel's cousin a couple of years ago at the drug store I worked at. She was very nice. He was one of my favorite actors. He is missed by this SC girl😢
Thanks for taking me on this journey as being from New Zealand I have learnt alot from this video
The epitaph for Levon Helms has inspired me to create a Tee for our choir: Music is the language of Heaven.
Bless em all ❤❤
Brilliant as always. One of the highest quality channels there is. Thank you to all involved🎉.
34:51 perfect cause yesterday was his birthday, I am not a kiss fan but I thought he was such a sweet gut and I love his and Vinnie Vincent's mackup, may Eric rip ❤
Yours is the best of this genre!
Loved Helen Hayes in Herbie Rides Again. Ric Ocasek was a talented musician but was reportedly a terrible person offstage. Despite his wife a beautiful Polish model Paulina remaining faithful to him for 19 years of marriage, he wrote her out of his will and left her nothing despite being worth millions. What a selfish jerk. Thanks for the video upload Arthur.
You don't know what went on behind closed doors!!! Don't believe things you hear! ( especially in social media! ).
@@jimbo1959 It was in the news and backed up by his reputation and personal accounts. Unless you can prove otherwise, I will stick to my story
@@jimbo1959 it was in all the news articles. Look it up.
Nice to see a few US Presidents and some baseball players on this list this time!
Uploaded on my Birthday! What a coincidence, thanks Derek, awesome as always
Another great and informative video. The wife and I are hooked on the series. Really enjoyed seeing so many of the past President's resting sites.
This site is one of my Favorites. The narration is the best..💯✨💯
Hey! Thanks for the shout-out for Rochester NY! Holy Sepulchre is a beautiful place. Worth the vsit. Enjoy your videos very much.
Very enjoyable. I love to see new videos from you and always learn something new!
I ❤your videos Arthur Dark
Scott ur reenacting crack me up 🤣 always love them 😂💜
Thank you for a specially beautiful and interesting, if often sad, episode. Finally, I know what Grant's Tomb looks like.
And who's not buried there!
I'm the one who documented Grant's Tomb. And it was my pleasure to do so. You're welcome.
@@andrewleary101 Thank you very much, it's a beautiful building and you did a beautiful job.
Sir Dark you are like Selznick Studios you do not make many pictures but everyone is a gem.
Yessssss! I love these so much!
Yay !! When I saw this was here I got so excited. Thanks Arthur ❤❤
I always “like” this vid before watching because I know it’s going to be an excellent informative video. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 R.I.P. to all.
29:39 Thanks for visiting FDR’s grave in Hyde Park, NY. As an upstate New York native, I remembered visiting the museum, the birthplace, and his grave back in 2011 with my middle school classmates. It is truly a must see for history buffs to visit.
It's been a while since watching these and I'm glad I've gotten back around to seeing these again. I always go cemetery looking around the end of summer to early fall. With the heat being the way it's been as of recent, I'm gonna have to wait until the weather changes. At least I got these and can live vicariously through you.🌹
Only one comment suffices: Thank you Arthur!
Blanche Stuart Scott's headstone is miss marked. It should have read 1884-1970. When you mentioned her age at death I had to verify it.
Don’t forget E.G. Marshall in Christmas Vacation!
How adorable that someone left pebbles with "Lulu" and Brooksy" painted on them at Louise's grave!
Thanks for visiting Canada 🇨🇦 come back soon
I remember watching Helen Hayes on tv in The Snoop Sisters.
New episode great ❤
The song "God Gave Us Rock and Roll" played in the end of the movie Bill's & Ted's Bogus Journey. Rock and roll will never , ever die.
Covered a lot of territory. James Fenimore Cooper was one of the cards in the Author card group.
Oh, man. That brought back memories! I loved playing Authors!
I thought Amelia Earhart was the FIRST Female Pilot to travel the Globe?! Michael O'Donoghue was HYSTERICAL!!!! Saturday Night Live hasn't been the same since he left, that's for sure!!!! They should have sent the Rosenbergs bodies to Russia!!!! Thanks Arthur. LOVE your COLLABORATIONS!!!!
I love Buffalo Wings with Ranch dressing
Your narrative is so informative and your voice easy on the ear.
@24:35 Rick Danko’s gravemarker says he was born December 29, 1942 which would make him 56 when he died. however, all the online sites say he was born Dec 29, 1943 (IMDb & wiki) “it’s always something”. i still think ur the best.
Another installment where I missed the notification because I was “preoccupied!”
Bausch & Lomb: I think many of us have utilized their products
Peter Duel: It was a shock when Channel 7 news in Chicago announced his death as breaking news a few hours afterwards. I always watched Alias Smith & Jones.
Judd Strunk: I used to watch his ABC Summer Replacement musical comedy show.
Lynn Redgrave: Georgia Girl and the television show House Calls.
Natasha Richardson: Another shocking unexpected death and from all things, a fall in some snow!
Ric Ocasek: Drive, the perfect song to drive to.
FDR & Eleanor: No need to comment.
Rip Torn: Gotta love that name!
Helen Hayes: My favorite role in the film Airport, Ada Quonset!
James McArthur: Book um, Dano! His mother Helen Hayes appeared in an episode about someone scamming the elder. Too funny!
Be Hecht: Major player in Hecht-Hill-Lancaster.
E G Marshall: I grew up watching The Bold Ones and recently discovered a film of his, The Chase from 1966.
Joshua Logan: Bus Stop and Paint Your Wagon (Clint Eastwood sings in that one!)
Bat Masterson: Back when the West was very young, There lived a man named Masterson, He wore a cane and derby hat, They called him Bat, Bat Masterson!
Typhoid Mary: The name speaks for itself!
Robert Lansing: Gary 6 front Star Trek.
The Rosenbergs: Not to get political but what happened to them MAY become common practice if we aren’t careful!
Vincent Gardinea: Frank Lorenzo from All in the Family.
Thank you Arthur and videographers around the World. As always, you are informative, respectful, knowledgeable and comment with sensitively when discussing the lives of the persons featured!!!!
WOW! Another superb video.
R.I.P Richard Simmons and Dr. Ruth Westheimer.
They died this week. Out of respect for their families we likely won't see them featured for at least a year. Understandable.
And Shannen Doherty, she was in the real love music video for slaughter
Always look forward to a new video!
Thank you - had no idea some of them were gone.
Loved Whitey Ford, Kiss Drummer and Helen Hayes.
Thanks for showing the Tiffany plot! I’m distantly related to the Tiffany’s. My 5th great-grandmother (maiden name was Tiffany) was 1st cousin to Comfort Tiffany. It’s a small world! 😉
Hoosick Falls!!!!! My hometown ❤❤❤❤❤
Love it when I get a notification about a new video from you.
