I’m disappointed in Judge Judy on this one. She seemed way too confused about the weight of 14 pairs of shoes. Even if the order was split into 2 boxes, as the scammers claimed, there’s no way that half of that would only weigh 8.4 lbs. Clearly a ream of paper and the box would weigh that. Yeah, I know on ebay for designer things over $500, it gets mailed to a place, ebay inspects, then ebay actually sends it to the buyer, that way cuts back on scams.
Counterclaim: plaintiff harassed me and scared me. Damn right she did as anyone would that had just been scammed for thousands of dollars! Plaintiff was well within her rights to confront the defendant sorry a$$.
Unfortunately, the plaintiff had to show JJ what type of character the defendant was in order to win her case. It was not satisfying when an innocent person has to do that in order to believed. She presented facts BEFORE that to prove her innocence. What if she accused him of sexual assault and JJ disagreed until she showed the rap sheet?
I enjoyed this case. Just when I thought JJ was going to dismiss without prejudice and let them claim through insurance, as soon as she saw his criminal record, he lost his credibility
The fact jj was about to believe this guy shows how wrong she can be sometimes. If this woman didn't have her evidence so well put together she would have lost.
Exactly! People are praising JJ when this episode showed how flawed her judgment can be. One of the reasons why I stopped watching her. What the plaintiff showed had nothing to do with the case. JJ didn't believe her until she showed the victim's past.
The way the judge stared the shady defendant down when she said "Judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $5,000. We're done." I live for these moments! 🙌🏽
Not me. It proves how little she believes black plaintiffs. She initially felt the plaintiff was the scammer until she provided the rap sheet. Not good judgement for a judge.
Right!!! Scamming ass punk😒 you know exactly when people lie!! Talking about his rap sheet wasn't that long!!!! Based off this video it looks like he been in trouble multiple times.
Prior to Part 2 I thought in the first video that the plaintiff’s shoes were stolen. I now realize that the defendant and his girlfriend are awful people. This has to be one of the best judgements I’ve seen. So good!!!
I am only confused about one part. Why did JJ think the defendants sent her the sneakers? The listed weight was about 8lbs, each box of sneakers weighed 4lbs. So even if he only mailed half of them in the 1st box, it should have been around 32lbs. Plus the box was way too small to contain either 8 boxes of shoes or 16 boxes of shoes.
This was the most prepared plaintiff iv ever seen. Evidence after Evidence she was able to produce 😁 when she pulled out his rap sheet it was a drop the mic moment lol. 👏 👏 👏
3:10 lol he thought he had this case in the bag when Judy said she believed they shipped the shoes. You can hear how excited he got until she cut him off.
The plaintiff winning was not a surprise based on how prepared she was. Between the criminal record, the entire text history, having a pair of sneakers so JJ could get an idea of how much it weighs, other receipts, etc. Loved to see it
The plaintiff didn't just bring a few receipts, she did a whole audit of this man's life. A well-earned $5,000 (although she should take this to civil court and get the balance owing on a full refund of what she paid).
“Shhh 🤫 I’m reading your rap sheet” 🤣 Surprised this case went on so long, once the weight in the boxes didn’t add up that should’ve been the end of it.
Me too. I'm glad the plaintiff won a clear judgment without having to wait for the defendant to file the claim with the shipper, because I think that claim had already been denied. Why would the defendant even need to ask the plaintiff if she wanted him to file the claim? If she claimed she did not receive the shoes, filing the claim would be the logical recourse to prove those shoes had been mailed.
He messed up, putting in a police report on Nov 2nd on the shoes when she didn't even order them them until the 7th. Him trying to argue he preorders them make no sense even if he did order them early because she could have changed her mind and not ordered them. He would have been better off saying he put insurance on the shoes once he got them because they were 8k 😂
This is why Judge Judy should expand her horizons! She always says, "if something doesnt make sense then it isnt true" and it didnt make sense to her that they would ship an empty box with just the paper and it would be 8 pounds. She almost dismissed this case!
Oh this plaintiff came ready and then some. It was absolutely delicious the way she had legal evidence to debunk every piece of junk that the defendant was claiming. Loved this case.

She's still out of money
@@m42037 true she’ll make it back tho. it was just a lesson learned
Stay ready, so you don't have to get ready! She was well prepared
This young lady was on POINT!!!!! Love to see a witty/truthful person with facts prevail! 💜
How despicable of the defendant to blame his criminal record on his father.
Empty boxes is just sad. What were they expecting
Counterclaim: plaintiff harassed me and scared me. Damn right she did as anyone would that had just been scammed for thousands of dollars! Plaintiff was well within her rights to confront the defendant sorry a$$.
Pulled that rap sheet it was ALL OVER‼️‼️😂😂😂😂😂
I was too invested in this case!!!!!! I wanted a part 3 and 4 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He almost got away with it. Thank God she had that criminal record.
This is the best episode I have seen in a while!!
Love it when she stares at the defendant whilst saying “judgement for the plaintiff” haha
Court Cousins🎉 let's gather for more of the mess!
I'm in!
I rewatched the entire video at least 100x today....
03:22 - 03:36 is 🍿
Especially the gallery's reactions!! 😂
JJ: “that’s a long history sir”
“Oh not at all”
“2012~”
SENT 😂😂😂
She ate that
This was one of the most satisfying judgements EVER!!!!!
Legitimately one of the most satisfying judgments I’ve seen on JJ, Plaintiff 👏 Came 👏 PREPARED 👏👏👏👏👏
Wow what a finish. I believed her the whole time. And believed mom also. Thank God she had his rap sheet. Best ending I have seen.
when every mugshot was all him😂
“that’s all you”
“yes ma’am” 😂
I love Judge Judy
yes we all do. sometimes she is wrong
Once a thief, always a thief 😂😂😂😂😂
lolll he tried to put his charges on his dad 😂😂😂😂
She printed his whole rap sheet with photos..... she was not playin with this boy!! 🤣😎
JJ after seeing criminal record, couldn't wait to hear anymore stories 😂😂😂
It’s scary how good of a liar that guy is.. had an answer for everything..
In the beginning he was believable until he started stuttering and then the plaintiff dropped the hammer on him (police report)
Exactly! People are praising JJ when this episode showed how flawed her judgment can be. One of the reasons why I stopped watching her.
What the plaintiff showed had nothing to do with the case. JJ didn't believe her until she showed the victim's past.
She saved her best hand for last and was able to get JJ to do a 180 and judge in her favour. 👏👏 Bravo!
Talk about "black don't crack". The mom and daughter look the same age!
The way the judge stared the shady defendant down when she said "Judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $5,000. We're done."
I live for these moments! 🙌🏽
That was beautiful! 😊
Whenever I'm expecting an important/expensive parcel. I always roll the video as I'm unboxing.. It's a good practice and very evidentiary!!
This is one of those few JJ cases that I like to watch more than once.
Yup, 3rd time here for me.
Not me. It proves how little she believes black plaintiffs. She initially felt the plaintiff was the scammer until she provided the rap sheet. Not good judgement for a judge.
@@JM-sd5dt I didn’t have that impression.
The defendant eyes got shifty when he knew he was busted 3:52😂
Right!!! Scamming ass punk😒 you know exactly when people lie!! Talking about his rap sheet wasn't that long!!!! Based off this video it looks like he been in trouble multiple times.
D: “me and my father have the same first & last name so my stuff always-“
P:“those are your mugshots” 💀
Prior to Part 2 I thought in the first video that the plaintiff’s shoes were stolen. I now realize that the defendant and his girlfriend are awful people. This has to be one of the best judgements I’ve seen. So good!!!
Loved this case! She came prepared! 😄😄
This episode was EPIC. It was like a mini episode of Columbo.
JJ got her man.
I didn't get that either. I was thinking that I must have missed something. 🤔
@@corasbloom Even before the rap sheet bit, the plaintiff should have won the case based on the incorrect weights.
This was the most prepared plaintiff iv ever seen. Evidence after Evidence she was able to produce 😁 when she pulled out his rap sheet it was a drop the mic moment lol. 👏 👏 👏
The plaintiff should go to law school. She can be a great lawyer!
💯💯
And the plaintiff STILL out 4K. Poor girl.
That's because 5gs is the maximum court order
GREAT case! There's not a doubt in muy mind that those two will show up in the news eventually.
Plaintiff was ten toes down! 💯😂 busted out his wrap sheet WITH mug shots!? 😩
“there was the counter suit… 🖐🏼”
“that’s OVER.” 😂😂
3:10 lol he thought he had this case in the bag when Judy said she believed they shipped the shoes. You can hear how excited he got until she cut him off.
@ 4:52 your counter-claim is dismissed. Good bye 😂😂😂😂
I love how professional her mom is. Im inspired
The plaintiff winning was not a surprise based on how prepared she was. Between the criminal record, the entire text history, having a pair of sneakers so JJ could get an idea of how much it weighs, other receipts, etc. Loved to see it
Props to the plaintiff! I remember these scams of Ebay back in the day, still cane believe they are doing this or falling for it today.
JJ: "Your counter claim is dismissed"
FOOl: "I would like for you to hear i would like for you to hear"
props to the plaintiff for having everything ready for the judge even a pair of shoes to use as a reference for weight
his criminal record ended this quick 😎
The plaintiff didn't just bring a few receipts, she did a whole audit of this man's life. A well-earned $5,000 (although she should take this to civil court and get the balance owing on a full refund of what she paid).
“Shhh 🤫 I’m reading your rap sheet” 🤣
Surprised this case went on so long, once the weight in the boxes didn’t add up that should’ve been the end of it.
Shout out to the plaintiff for having the shipping information to prove her case. 😅😊
The plaintiff can represent me now lol
Girl was ready with her final ammo. The Rap Sheet. She like okay, let's go.
Its called the head shot. Shots to the body didnt kill him so she had to go to the head
This case had me on the edge of my seat 😂 I'm so glad that she won .....SO GLAD
Crazy how plaintiff was about to lose the case until she gave his mugshots. The evidence was all there and she almost lost still.
