You have to like and respect Charlamagne. I really think he needs his own show. He is so smart , funny, and so open to discuss t his life experiences. That is something that should truly be respected.

Say what you will, Charlemagne is very well spoken.
What most don't understand about the law of attraction and the mind is that whatever thoughts you focus on or whatever thoughts you try to suppress, becomes stronger. The best way to cure anxiety is face the thought and the feelings that may arise head on and don't feel bad for your anxiousness, just accept and allow and you'll the anxiety will reduce drastically in intensity. #love

hearing charla talk about the moment of his anxiety attack took me back to a bad place but then made me happy because nobody is alone and in that moment you're that high and feel so alone and its scary.. i remember the same pacing thought of me being the first mf to overdose on marijuana then my best friend stayed up with me until i got tired. my heart was racing so much, paramedics even came out and asked if ive ever suffered from anxiety then after that my life has changed after therapy, your mind's health is important and makes your body do things you couldnt even imagine, which frightens me that people bat a blind eye to mental illness.

I understand what Angie is saying about Joel Olsteen because I felt the same way when I went to see Joyce Meyer! I was so disappointed because it felt more like a show, and that’s when God reminded me to put my faith in Him and not a person! I do still respect her and her calling though.
I felt the same when I saw Joel Osteen in NY. Total show and LOTS of money requests.

We all go through anxiety which is why we all have to show love to each other. You never know what someone is going through in life. Glad Charlamagne touched on this in this interview with Angie Martinez and his book.
I have really bad anxiety and irrational thinking. I appreciate Charlemagne for always being so honest and giving people tips on how to control it. I’ve always just realize the situation and calm myself down. This was a great interview.

I’m so blessed that God has helped me to analyze myself a lot.Im a heavy thinker and It easy for me to to keep track of my actions and the things that I encounter through my life.And I’m so grateful that I am able to think.Because many of us just act and go through life afraid to look at ourselves honestly.I think this celebrated greatness of Kanye is crazy.
