Middlesex, N.J. inundated with 4 inches of rain, leading to flooding all over

Flooding was so pervasive across the town on Monday, it was hard to tell where Bound Brook ended and roads began. CBS New York's Christina Fan reports.

All the water comes down from the mountain right on other side of 22. Between that and the amount of rivers in that valley all the towns in that strip get decimated. middlesex. Bound brook. Instead of creating marshland and limiting structures in certain areas they build right into it, build walls and wonder why water is out of control. Walls don’t stop water, they shove it somewhere else.
State needs to get involved, there’s been way too much damage in the area and these towns can’t be trusted with doing what’s best for the citizens.
