The elderly gentleman who was the original custodian/owner of the beautiful mature, large evergreens must be smiling from heaven knowing his special trees grace this new beloved landscape.
I agree
Amen
What a sweet comment!
And they are viewed and enjoyed by literally millions!
It’s no wonder that you have almost 2 million followers! You give your viewers so much content with each video you put out! I am amazed on how you can remember all the names of every tree, bush and flower when you take us on a tour!! You and Aaron should be very proud of this beautiful Park setting that you have created and share with us. All your hard work and the Love you give it does not go unnoticed☺️ and appreciated.
"Walking in a Winter Wonderland"......so beautiful.....Thanks Laura and Aaron!
That’s the best appropriate song! Walking in a Winter Wonderland!!❤️🌿🌹🌲❄️☃️🌨 Maybe next time some above drone footage with Laura & Aaron by the outdoor fire waving to us and the kids building a snowman! Imagining that!! I feel so blessed and enjoy your videos!!

😂
@@michelew5810 Well said😄
So funny...
The progress, the sheer amount of plantings and hardscape that you have added in a years time is amazing and very impressive! This is a beautiful testament to the planning and production of you, Aaron, Paul and Bethany….its overwhelming! I’m so looking forward to seeing what a year from today will bring, it will be wonderful!
It’s SO IMPRESSIVE what they’ve accomplished over these several years!
I know! I know what I’ve done in my new landscape (a lot) but man, they blow me away!
Not to mention the cost this All had to cost. You must have a money tree 😂
@@delinayoungs3988Just my assumption but Pretty sure this IS their income/livelihood! $$$ from TH-cam...sponsored by the suppliers to her parents business (Andrew's seed Co.) I wish they would allow tours! They live in the very humble town of Ontario , Or.
The well house is giving off a Snoopy house Christmas vibe! 😊❤
YYYAAAAASSSS! LOL! I love that!
Excellent idea!!! Imagine the Red Baron on top with Woodstock on a Christmas tree 🎄!!!
You should put Snoopy on the roof.😂
There is a street where I live...called Woodstock. Each house or in the yard is a Woodstock. So as we drive by looking for where each one is. Very nice display. So a Snoopy would be fun then the kids will find all the Woodstocks.
Needs a snoopy on the rooftop
I love your editor. The added notes he puts in are helpful, his choice of music and his sense of humor makes your videos great.
Douglas is the cutest, he's like a little dog following you. I have a cat that uses his swipe to try to keep me from walking away because he wants me to continue to pet him. He's definitely your shadow!😼
I was going to say the same thing about Douglas lol he just wants more loves 🥰
I agree, I don’t think he’s swiping to be mean I think he’s just playing with the human he loves ❤
I agree Russell is just saying “stay” He’s a handsome guy.
I don't see Laura being overly affectionate with her cats. I wonder if they are allowed in the house?
@@Viewer2023she is. It’s not the point of her videos. Russell is actually their only cat. He used to go in the house all the time but he’d rather be outside. Douglas is actually a stray cat. But she feeds and loves on both cats. There used to be a third cat, Cheddar. Looked much like Russell. But he went home with Bethany.
For us living in the Southern hemisphere, and almost never see snow, it look so beautiful.
i live in southern california, our snow is only in the mountain areas.. i think it would be nice to have snow for about a week, hahaha.. it's so pretty!!!
It's so amazing to see how far it's come. From the moonscape, (I remember your original drawings with the grass paths squiggling their way through!) to how it is now is just marvelous. No one could have taken this property in any better direction than you have. You are proper stewards of your land. We all hope you're very proud of how enchanting you're making your property.
I’m trying to watch old video’s along with the new! I’d love to see what it looked like when they bought it.
@trudymorgan7456 look up the video "we bought something new" from 4 years ago. I just looked up "new property garden answer" and it came up. It's really amazing how well the soil turned out to be. It was literally like the moon. Dusty and white. It's a testimony to Espoma products, for sure.
Great planning and execution!
What a delight! You two are so fun to watch. Aaron being used to filming silently and Laura asking him questions anyway. Just love seeing your creations and enjoying your personalities so much. Laura, your bliss is contageous! Thank you both for sharing with the rest of us. Happy snowy season!
Evergreens flocked with snow are just gorgeous 😍. Reminds me of how beautiful Winter actually is ❤.
I love the aura of this lady. Her videos are so welcoming.
My favorite garden tour this year! A simple snowfall transforms an already beautiful yard into something magical. The depth and texture is just breathtaking. Thank you ❤ 😺❄️
The new part of the stream in the snow made me tear up 😢 it’s so beautiful and peaceful it’s truly magical! 😊 The newer mature trees along the back of the new property are perfect!❤❤❤ The list just goes on and on…the new statue in front of the Hartley and the boxwoods framing the cut flower garden! Your hard work inspires me everyday!!! On days like these you stand back and get to take it in and just go ‘Ohhh Ahhh!!!’😮😊
I think Douglas swipes at your heels because he doesn’t want you to stop paying attention to him😻
❤
Exactly!
Snow on roses. Everything is so beautiful and dreamy... Your delight in everything is so palatable. You have expanded my awareness of what I can plant in my garden and inspired me to try new things. I look forward to how the formal flower garden takes shape. Another great video, really getting me in the mood for winter.
The gardens look so beautiful in the snow! God gave us the different seasons to enjoy! Thank you for the great tour!
I vote for the wave of stone/brick coming off the pillars with a stone top. Beautiful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️♥️♥️
A sweeping swoop off the gate would marry better than a big square pillar which would overpower the finer quality of the gate itself.
I never commet but I just had to say it is truly beautiful! You guys are amazing....I was thinking how interesting it would be if you put street lights (the old times kind) by the benches! So dreamy! Thanks for your videos. I've learned alot!
Yes, it would add a "Narnia" touch.
The gardens look like a magical winter wonderland with all the trees laden with snow. Just magical 💫
Oh, what a beautiful video to wake up to.
It's just a "Winter Wonderland "
All you work has been so worth it, even just for these moments in time.
Heavenly ❤
That yellow birch is stunning. The winter interest in the cut flower garden was transformational. Thank you for showing viewers by example where things are lacking and how to improve, it has helped me in my garden.
Laura your excitement for your passion is just so enlightening! I look forward to watching you to start every day❤️
Your entire property is amazing … stunning … I’d never leave home ♥️♥️♥️
She rarely does lol
The proud berry coralberry has to be the prettiest shrub ever! I love it every garden tour! 🩷 Beautiful and awesome winter tour!!
Look at all the huge trees that went in this Summer! And you added to the pond, and formalized the flower garden, added the playset, so many things! You really made tons of progress! The de Ruyter Pine & Birch trees are my favorites, I love the color and shape of them. I could have watched this tour all day long. I'm so glad you did this.
Laura and Aaron the one word that enters my mind for today's snow garden tour is " Enchanting ", thank you for your helpful information in naming all the beautiful trees and bushes, even naming the gorgeous roses👍this was such a heartwarming tour ❤. Hope you all have a Blessed Happy Thanksgiving. ☮🦃🍗🥧🍊🍎
Perfect word for it!!
The entry gates are looking gorgeous! I vote for some brick work around it so that you can grow ivy or something pretty on it.
The camera speed that shows the individual snowflakes falling is a wonderful & thoughtful plus. Thanks!!! Good choice.
I love how you are so honest. " I just love this..." , " Nope..." , " I wish I had...." Plus Aaron adding his comments every now and then. It makes your videos so fun and easy to watch.
I am always amazed at the joy and wonder that you seem to feel after all these years of doing this. You never fail to bring a bit of happy into my morning! Thank you!
Beautiful tour! It’s amazing all the progress you’ve made over the years! One thing I thought would be a fun add to the end of the tour would be a drone shot showing your footsteps through the snow 👣❄️🐾 showing how you (and Douglas) meandered the property! 😊
The red barn looks beautiful in the snow.😊 I bet the Christmas lights look beautiful in the snow.
I can't believe everyone has snow but not us!!! We are in northern Ontario Canada, no snow! Still warm! It's so pretty!! Luv your channel!
Yes, I was surprised too, I live in Québec Canada and we do not have snow. Lucky you !
Living my life in Southern California, I never knew what winter interest was. Now seeing your beautiful property, I get it. Love it!
An appropriate video release as today Northeastern PA is buried in 15” of snow. First of the year! Your snow seems much more enjoyable haha!
Wow! Glad it's there and not here! 😂
@ yes, it’s a little much. It was just like springtime, 50-60°. Beautiful sunny days. Now, not so much. It’s going to be fun digging out! So, so fun!
We got 6 inches in Wisconsin yesterday, thick, wet, HEAVY!! Followed by rain! Today it's windy and in the low 40's, the snow is almost gone. Wild!
@@LindaKrippel can’t wait for that! Lots of power outages here.
We would love to see a video of your delightful mom's newly remodeled home & how she has it decorated for Christmas.🎄 Thanks!
Amazingly beautiful. The gentlemen you bought all those glorious tress from must have a big SMILE! I was so happy to see them saved.
Your land is like a winter paradise. Love the look of the pond.
Thank you for being outside filming for us.
❄️🌲❤️🌲☃️🌲❤️🌲❄️🌲❤️🌲☃️🌲❤️🌲❄️🌲❤️☃️❤️❄️❤️☃️
I agree. I can’t imagine his heirs cutting these down and to know that’s going to happen to other trees that couldn’t be moved is so sad. I do hope they are able to get a few more in the spring or maybe there are other people with the means to purchase as many as can be moved.
Growing up, our place was called Five Pines Farm, because of the huge evergreens out front. We always had and planted many different types of trees, just for fun. This snow scene sure takes me back. And, while our cats weren't too excited about snow on their paws either, we had a snow loving golden retriever trying to knock you down every few steps! Lovely, guys-thank you! ❄️🌲❄️
Genuine joy is exuding out of Laura. I love to see it :).
Beautiful tour!
I think a video with clips of Laura saying "Winter Interest" over the years would be fun. Obviously, she was right, what a magical winter wonderland!
A montage of "Hey Dude" would be interesting between the cats & Benjamin!
Thanks for showing the filter on the pond full of leaves. I'm not sure why you don't show more on the maintenance required for the pond? I've had a pond (not your scale) and it requires more care than you show. The snow is beautiful!😊
We had a creek running through our property/driveway and when it snowed we would take family pictures. It was gorgeous with fallen limbs across the creek.
Thank you for a beautiful tour, Laura. It was so nice to hear Aaron's voice filming this with you. ❤
Each SEASON ☃️❄️☃️
BRINGs it’s OWN BEAUTY
LOVELY 🌬️
Laura i Aron podziwiam Wasz świat z dalekiej Polski... ten ogrom pracy i nakład rozmaitych pomysłów zdumiewa rozmachem. Ogród piękny, dobry i prawdziwy tutaj daje piękny przykład do naśladowania. U nas też pierwszy śnieg i zima. Pozdrawiam
Perfect timing on the release of this first snow garden tour, just as I wake up to my own first snow garden (East of Cleveland, OH) Yellow twig Dogwood are on my wish list too.
Thank you for an amazing tour in the snow covered landscape 💞 stay warm and safe and God bless your family 💙💓🙏
Everything is breathtaking with the snow. You and Aaron have such great vision. ❤
I love the joy you're finding in the landscape. Your hard work is really showing up. Beautiful.
Oh my goodness the views are wonderful. Looks like a Christmas card or winter painting. I'm amazed at the difference in your gardens after 1 year. Tha!nk you for sharing your beautiful property with all of us...... Picture perfect!!!!!!
Oh my gosh so beautiful.
Love your place, your gardens, and your artistic work. I daydream about it.
All the garden tours are amazing, but seeing it in the snow just makes it magical.
A waterfall beside your gate would be so grand and dynamic for the front view. Just thought it would be beautiful as I watch your winter tour.
So watching this garden tour makes me cross my fingers and toes that my daughter chooses Washington, Oregon, or even Utah for residency because I want winter interest in my yard. California doesn’t offer that but if we relocate I pray for snow ❄️
The early winter interest of your garden is terrific. I hope you do a winter garden tour. I am very interested in what winter gardens should look like.
The standouts to me are the cypress and blue spruce trees. Possibly add some more of both sporadically around the estate? Willow trees flanking the playground area would give a whimsical affect for the children to enjoy.
My favorite part is that all this hard work is for you! If TH-cam went away, you still have all of your hard earned gorgeous garden to enjoy!
Laura, Winter can be mesmerizing and beholding on plants. Thank you for sharing intentional your garden.
How many times can Laura say, “oh, I love that so much” in one video, lol! The sheer joy is genuine each time she says it. It’s such a pleasure to watch her and hear her, that eventually I’m pulled in and lost for the length of her video… 💖
What a magnificent winter wonderland! My gosh, you two accomplished ALOT this past summer!! It's all so gorgeous! I can just imagine sitting by the pond with a warm drink and taking in the calm silence that a snow brings. It almost seemed like Aaron was using a different camera today. Everything looks so clear and sharp! Maybe the snow made the difference? Be proud you two! You have created a paradise!
Lovely in the snow. Your trees with snow are beautiful. What a great addition this year to have so many new ones.
As I experience depression/ anxiety and PTSD i love watching your videos, they help me so much.and get me planning for the spring gardening. Thank you for sharing your talent, family home and enthusiasm it is so relaxing watching you.
Thank you for the winter”snow” tour! Absolutely lovely , puts me in the holiday spirit❤
Covering up the ground with snow ❄️ is so magical , beautiful in white!!
I love those snows top on the plants, roses ,iris, berries and AHHhh !!! the DREAM STREAM landscape is overwhelming it took away my breathe for a while 😅😂 .
Thank you Aaron & Laura for showing us this beautiful video in the cold weather.
still beautiful..magical..we Malaysia tropical climate no chance to experiance that in our garden
Your tour in the winter is so amazing. Your trees are just gorgeous with the snow and lights.
All your hard work shows the peace, tranquility and beauty in each garden space.
I have winterberry in my yard and one day would like to plant a Red Barron crabapple. Just stunning with the berries that stay on the tree. Love to you and your family!
Soooo beautiful, LOVE all the evergreen interest. It looks so magical with the snow. Your vision for the fomal south garden was the right decision, it has changed the whole area. Love your garden space, thank you for taking us along.
Winter Wonderland beautiful 🌲💫🌲💫
The amount of joy that you’re sharing in this video is so infectious! Love this video!
Hello Garden Answer friends! I would never in a million years think you all would get snow before Michigan...some mentioned having traces in areas, I have not yet witnessed in Traverse City. I am surrounded by trees with dead leaves still hanging on and pines, I am sure the main the reaeon why. It is astounding how much you have already covering your ground. Looks beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
Love the interest provided by the wheelbarrow. I have the same look in my side yard. There is also an upside down bucket frozen into the snow for additional effect. Your gardens are so gorgeous. Thank you for sharing.
Lol!
So love the total snow garden tour. Especially appreciate you reminding us of the name of everything!
It’s so lovely to see you guys working together in such a cohesive and loving partnership.. you truly are blessed xx Such a lot of hard work has gone into your property.. well done both .. amazing 🤩… little Douglas cutely keeping you company, completed the picture .. I was literally waiting for you to have snow to watch your tour, as I had snow a few days before and knew the landscape with your new boxwood plantings would look magically beautiful xx
Just beautiful! 🎉🎄 The treasures of the snow. Thank You LORD Jesus!
Beautiful 😻 I’m Going To Watch This Twice . It Brings Back Memories Of My Childhood My Father Planted Trees And Roses A Beautiful Corner House Painted Pink. Walking Around With The Snow On Those Trees I Love And Miss It So Much 😢 Love The Snow Coming Down This Is In N.J. I’m 70 Now.And Have Lived In A Lot Of Places. I’m Italian And Jewish. Merry Christmas And Happy Hanukkah 😊
Aweee so beautiful. ❤ I do miss the snow. Zone 8a NC here, formerly zone 7. It hasn’t snowed here in 4 years. In fact, some people are successfully growing citrus planted in ground with minimal winter protection.
If I lived in one of the houses behind the berm of large pines, I would be absolutely thrilled for such a spectacular view. I bet they are loving it!
For the Arbs: I learned on Olga Carmody's channel to choose a central leader, cut down the competing leaders (by just a few inches or more if you want) and then lightly sheer the trees in late winter/early spring to keep them strong, resilient to wind and snow, and in the pyramidal shape that allows sun to hit them most fully. Makes for a more appealing look too I think. So far it's working great for mine and they are filling in as a hedge even more quickly than I expected. I'd check out her videos on it if you might want to start trying some things on those big boys.
I’m trying Laura! I’m trying! 😄 I see the beauty of the colourful leafed deciduous trees, evergreens, flame willows, dogwood, etc. with the fresh snow … but I’m not quite convinced about a lot of the ratty crumbling perennials like echinacea, etc. I just see work/plants that didn’t get cleaned up in the fall. But what is important is what fills YOUR cup! Thank you for sharing.
Thank goodness that you finally put the benches along the west side walk. They really give those setbacks a reason and ground the whole space!
You get to see your foresight for winter interest come to fruition.
Job well done, it is absolutely gorgeous! I
Am excited to see it lit up at night. Thank you for the winter tour.
I felt like I was in the mountains. Beautiful winter in the pond area. The whole garden is so beautiful with the snow. I’ve never lived in an area that gets snow. What a lovely treat. Enjoyed the tour very much. Thank you for sharing.
Laura, for someone who doesn't have an overall plan, you sure have made this garden area beautiful and spectacular. I am in awe of the amount of things you have done in this short amount of time. I just love this beautiful scene with all the snow. It's gorgeous. Thank you and Aaron for this tour.
Very pretty!! ❤ 28:14 You should create an mdf or cardboard template of the gate pillar and wings. This may help you decide if you want brick wings.
I love the coral berries in the snow!! So pretty!
The Oregon green Austrian pines are thrilling me more than the spruces, esp in snow.❤ Your gardens are all so beautiful in snow!
The stream running with snow is so beautiful. The tour was wonderful. Thank you.
Oh what a beautiful snow video. So pretty. Love how Douglas follows you around. When he swats at you its because he doesnt want you to go and wants more pets. Cant wait to see the light tour. Its amazing how much you have accomplish these past year.
When Douglas swiped at you, he was telling you he was wanting more pets. You stopped petting too soon. Haha. Beautiful yard. I always take pictures of our first snow too.
Wow, your property is looking magical. Those pink berries look so pretty, all those evergreens with snow ❄, and the red branched really interesting to look at.
Just love the sound of the water stream didn't want you to move from it I really loved everything it was a beautiful tour
That‘s what we call „ Winter ❄️ Wonderland“.
Your garden is just amazing..👍🏻💖
All the evergreens look so beautiful with a dusting of snow. This was a wonderland garden tour today, especially the dream stream and pond.
Look at the bench n the loop, 22:40, it looks like someone scooted the snow away n the middle to sit down. ❤ How beautiful ❤
So gorgeous and magical! Your alls hard work has truly paid off and every season is just fabulous! Thank you for taking us on this tour in the snow.
Oh what a Beautiful winter wonderland! Thank you and Erun for the tour and i Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. May you both have a Blessed evening and stay safe my dear and Special Friends. ❤❤❤
It’s so satisfying watching the arbs stand back upright after you shake off the snow. I could have happily watched you do the entire row. In fact, I wanted to watch you do the entire row. 😃
Yes I adore the cedars, pines, spruces because they are green all year round. It looks Amazing 😍.
