Always keep in mind to keep your hips low and eyes up, try to keep your eyes up instead of looking down, you will find your footwork to be much better as progressing through these, also to stay on your toes and try to keep off of your heels as much as possible
one thing i learned about this drill is if you think too much of what foot you're going to use, you're going to mess up the routine. it's not bad to make a mistake though. just keep doing it until it feels natural. it also help to swing your arms accordingly. icky shuffle is my favorite here.

Is this training going to help with acceleration? If so, by how much normally? I want to know because I don't want to waste time training with these routines if they are not too useful for my body type. Thanks.

What's the point in skipping some of the squares when u did some of the excersies wouldn't u get a better benefit by stepping in every square not hop over one.
My ONLY problem is sometimes I dont know what foot to step in with... Like for the double leg run, I dont know if I step in with my dominate foot or not.. Please help? :o

No te imaginas el impacto que puede tener un trabajo con escalera en el juego de un futbolista, basketbolista o jugador de futbol americano, estas cosas te capacitan para mover tus pies con precicion en espacios reducidos con fuerza y calidad, te capacitan para cambiar de direccion con mayor agilidad y elasticidad, definitivamente a veces es mejor pensar antes de abrir la boca.
