  • 20 minute post run yoga routine that will help you find a sense of release, ease and relaxation for your sore hips, hamstring and feet.
You will need a massage ball, yoga blocks and a bolster. Don't worry if you don't have these, you can also use a tennis ball, pillows and books.

I just completed a 45 mile bike ride and 7 mile run and completed this post-run yoga session for the first time. It was absolutely perfect! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion. I coach runners for the Boston Marathon and shared this with them.

Thank you! Great ideas for the blocks, and balls. I used my blocks for fish pose as well. :)

What happened to all your yoga vids that required less products bought?

      Hey Ryan,
Are you looking for yoga videos that don't require props? If so, props are always optional! I typically use them if I'm feeling a bit tight on a particular day, as they can sometimes help raise the ground level. Know that you always have the option in any practice you see here-modifications are my best friend within yoga, after all.
      Best,
      -Eliza

@@lululemon I understand that props are optional and also take such an approach :) in my practice. I'm referring to your channel cleaning out many of the yoga videos I and others used that did not rely on prop driven poses. I reached out to many of the yogis in these videos and none of them were aware that their content was gone.

      Hey Ryan,
Our social media team is always working hard to make sure we provide you with the best, most up to date content that we possibly can. I'll be sure to let them know that you'd love to see some of our older videos that don't feature props back up on our channel. Feedback is at the heart of what we do and I truly appreciate you taking the time to bring this up with us.
      All the best,
      -Caitlin
