Christoff, mate - thanks for the heads up on this rest camp. Over the years, my sis who lives in Johannesburg has taken me to Manyane, one of the other Pilansberg camps.
Truth be told, I love that place to bits.
It is the smell of wood smoke in the evenings as people light their braai fires, the guinea fowl calling in the sunset as they go to roost, and the friendly banter between the campers as they know tomorrow is another day in that heavenly park.

Golden Leopard have no clue unfortunately. My last and final visit was a year ago. We used to cost twice to three times a year. The music until 3am coming from the local village drive me nuts. Love the park itself though.

Sad to see potable water running down a drain, especially in a National Park that is supposed to be a conservation area.

Agreed. On a very busy Easter Friday the camp completely ran out of water! Water is clearly not managed well here.
