You no doubt know what you're doing, but I found that before you tighten the pinch bolts down on the axle, rock the bike up and down a few times to let it find its center then tighten em down, makes a very noticeable difference. Along with the ease of checking and maintaining the tire pressures, the metal valve stem is probably safer because it can't be cut and doesn't break down as it ages. I'm sure, thought, that you carefully inspect them when change my the tires and checking the pressures.
Just got my set from you, Van. Waiting for my Mech to get them spooned into my Duc MTS1200ST. The stock Pirelli Scorpion’s have always been greasy, so I can’t wait to get proper performance tires on it.

Hey. Van can you do a review on drop leg bags or waist bags. I’m looking for one but theirs no good vid out their. I would appreciate it. I Like your reviews.
Will you be doing a review of these tyres at any point? My Michelin Road 5 (great tyre) is somewhat limiting me on track. I'd like to know if the Power 5s would be a happy medium between the Road 5 and a Cup 2. Great vids btw! Alistair
How do you like these tires? Currently on s22s would these be a good upgrade do a lot of spirted rides through the twistys and looking to go out for a track day. Also how many miles did you get out of yhese
why did you not remove the weights first and go from there I always star with a clean wheel those tires still looked good as well but I do not race so I would run them down alot more before I forked out the money
He wanted to try these new tires so we replaced them. If the weights that are on the wheel work there is no need to replace them. Most often times you will need to start over. - Van
Not this is 100% not normal. You need to clean and lube the axle before you install it, especially if it was seized. If that does not work you may have a front end alignment issue. - Van

I just got these tires on my gsxr 750 2019 really wanted to go with the RS but the dealer told me these replaced them so are these good on the track going at the end of this month just want some good tires for street n track ?
These should be good to go for the street and the track. For the track if you are an intermediate or novice rider these will be more than adequate. If you are an advanced rider these would not be my first choice. - Van
Power RS were brilliant tyres. Had them on my R1, fitted the road 5 as was going riding around Ireland and Scotland. These will be my next tyre I think.
I've always wondered when balancing the rear....wouldn't it be better to include the cush drive as it essentially becomes part of the wheel/tire assembly?
For the track 31 front 27 rear (cold). For the street follow the recommendation from the motorcycle manufacturer and tune according to your liking. For sure you will want to be higher than the track pressures if you want to have the tires last. - Van
IMO they are all pretty much the same. We usually use the BikeMaster Angled Aluminum Valve Stems. Here is a link to them on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/bikemaster-angled-aluminum-valve-stems/
On the street start at the pressures recommended by Kawasaki and tune from there. Don't be afraid to experiment a little bit to see what you like better. I would not go under 30 psi cold. - Van

It seems weird that the front tire appears to be oriented so that the grooves appear to channel water towards the middle but the rear groves are oriented the opposite.
Its better not to but if you let them rest gently and dont just plop them down. Its not that big of a deal. Motorcycle calipers arent too heavy. I do however support them with something but just saying it aint that bad if u dont...
100% overkill, especially if you have stainless steel braided lines on your bike. I have seen a picture of an SV1000 hanging off the fork of a forklift by a stainless line. Even the rubber lines are more than strong enough to support the calipers. In my time between auto and bike I have literally left calipers hanging thousands of times with zero issues. - Van

How do you like these tires? Currently on s22s would these be a good upgrade do a lot of spirted rides through the twistys and looking to go out for a track day. Also how many miles did you get out of yhese

Not this is 100% not normal. You need to clean and lube the axle before you install it, especially if it was seized. If that does not work you may have a front end alignment issue. - Van

The new Power 5 is designed to preform better than the 2CT's in both the dry and the wet. - Van
What's your opinion on the road 5 vs power 5, thread pattern is more or less the same except for the additional drainage lines on road 5
