Pacifica Aurum Villas - Flood water flow challenges

We the owners of Aurum Villas experience flooding during heavy rains and monsoon tomes, every year as there is no natural flow for the water to go outside our community. And the builder has not been helpful so far in spite of talks held for the last 5 years.
