    "Developing on my own without prying eyes..." I resonate with you here. Even though I'm not biologically female, I do feel that the feminine aspects of myself have a much more quiet, subtle development. My aesthetic, for example, gestates behind closed doors. Makeup experimentation, clothing, etc...I don't "debut" something out in the world until it's been MINE for some time. Until I've seduced myself insofar as the choice comes to feel like a part of me, an authentic expression of identity and beauty.

      i do the same! style evolution is also imo done by NOT purchasing instead of purchasing. once you own it, you will accept the piece and bias yourself simply due to it being in your closet amongst possessions. i like contemplating over fashion choices for long periods of time. doesn't always mean the aesthetic will be timeless vs. trendy but still the most authentic to my frequency.

    You are always so on point! I'm realizing that people don't actually want truth, they crave being in a state of desperation and longing. When we try to be honest and transparent, we repel instead of attract. I love how you broke down the need for isolation and secrecy as a necessary aspect of femininity. The more time I spend alone and away from the eyes of others, the stronger the mythology and illusions that they create about me and what my life actually looks like. Now I just need to practice passivity and learn to resist the urge to correct their assumptions, lol. I really hope you do more videos about this!

    • @HeavenSentHoney
      @HeavenSentHoney  3 ปีที่แล้ว +45

      Just try and tell yourself, that if you speak, you're only feeding your ego, like this silly urge to "correct" and "define" yourself. Keep the best of you well hidden. That urge should be tamed, I think.

    Yes, quarantine really got me in touch with my "aloneness". It was only then I discovered my inner feminine. It was like this whole new world to discover asking myself, "How do these women do it? How are they the epitome of feminine allure and mangetism?" And secrecy, seduction, and the illusion of yourself is probably the biggest thing. The feminine keeps the world on it's toes. It brings meaning to everything meaningless.
    I've implemented some self-care habits from past videos and feel like a literal goddess. I really enjoyed this topic, might even check out that book.😅

    your take on femininity is so interesting! i've never hated aesthetic femininity but the behavioral and social side of it has always frustrated me. everything i'd been told about it was either out of my reach or against my personal nature. i haven't rejected femininity per se but i definitely feel out of touch with it. lately i've been exploring different perspectives of femininity and it's been amazing broadening my view of it beyond the typical traditional take. i love how you approach feminine energy in a way that's completely separate from men. i'm not attracted to men and everything i'd learned about being feminine up until now revolved around what they like and how to have relationships with them, so it just wasn't relatable. a lot of women talk about how their femininity is only for themselves but then all of their femininity is stuff that they do to be attractive to men-which isn't necessarily bad but again, i just can't relate to that. i'm really enjoying how personal and self-centric your idea of femininity is. i'm also loving how you emphasize the darkness and chaos of femininity because nothing is more fascinating than the wild woman imo.
    also have you heard of the blog women love power? the author has some great articles on feminine archetypes and i'm really curious about your take on feminine archetypes after finding out that you enjoy carl jung's work.

    • @HeavenSentHoney
      @HeavenSentHoney  3 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      I read a bit of that blog the other morning. I'm not really the biggest fan of getting information from the internet, so I like to digest for a while what I read from it. The archetypes absolutely fascinate me, (though there are many "interpretations" of them and ones that others clearly made up) they accurately divulge the secrets to our behavioral patterns in a way that's almost uncanny. I think we need them, and should learn from them.
      I appreciate all of your praise by the way!

    One thing I've been pondering is how to balance isolation & togetherness. I love spending time with myself behind closed doors but find some of my biggest leaps in creative insight come after bringing my ideas to light/being inspired by others...

    So informative yet short please please make more video on the subject of femininity and its importance/relation to art as an artist and/ or subject , I am from middlest and you can see how our poets lilke Rumi And Hafiz ( both men lived in 13 , 14 ad) used femal and femininity to represent the divinity, like they have many poems which just describe the way that the dark eyes of their beloved moves and what they would do for one glance from her / him / it ( our grammer dosent have a gender : he/ she / it are all the same ) and this perspective find its way to our paintings :which we call miniatures and they are done with exaggerated details and most of time pictures womans that are otherworldly and divine as a symbol of paradise, kinde in rejectin of religious paradise , if in religious paradise you have no worries and every thing is easy , the poets and artist and philosophers paradise is infinite beauty , like our carpets you once mentioned you like : they try to create a piece or a picture of that heaven in your home , Anyway , my point is I like to know more about western view of divine femininity, because honestly a side from you I haven't find an informative content on the subject , sorry for the rant , you look stunning today , like old Hollywood and Madonna glamour.

      This just rang a bell in my head. In our country, we used to have Babaylans (priestesses) and they are the only ones who can communicate to the Gods and Goddesses, chosen maidens they were. If there was no maiden, few men dressed in women's clothing and executed the rituals the priestesses always did; regardless, there has to be feminity when communicating to the divine creators. It seems that feminity has a huge part to our history and cultures, and it was just not recognized and talked enough yet

    Damn, this info is sooo juicy and right up my alley! ❤ I’m rediscovering the power of femininity currently after a long stint of being in a very masculine dominated landscape and this channel is a breath of fresh air!..and helping to reawaken the connection to the source within myself as a woman. Thank you so much for creating this kind of content. It’s not easy to find content so satisfying and relatable on an esoteric level. This stuff is my lifeblood. I don’t know how women can go through life and not devour every morsel of this divine knowledge. 🌙 This is soul food.

    this video and the value of secrecy remainded me of an old romanian movie, Ciuleandra, it's about a rich man that killed his beautiful wife exactly because of the secret part of her that he felt he could never touch (they had a kind of arrange marriage and the untouchable part was the love she still held for her first lover and she carried that love within her all her life, a veil so thick that it drove the husband mad)
