This is by far the best museum quality jet engine model that you can actually get at home. Unfortunately I’ve recently seen some scam Facebook and Instagram ads that have stolen your video footage and used its content to promote a fake ad selling this model at ridiculously low prices ($27.99)
This means that from the red rotor to the right to the outlet, all rotors are swinging while rotating (6:41). Moreover, the third rotor from the left is also swinging. The sound you hear when starting is the rolling resistance caused by crooked rotors. Honestly, I expected greater accuracy, looking at the very precise, clean workmanship and aesthetic whole. Unless the problem is in the editing (e.g. 4:22).
When i saw you uploaded this i was so hyped because this is also 1 of my dream kits! And guess what... I also have that screwdriver set!! Keep on doing your thing😊❤
Add another $900-$1000 and you can get a functional turbojet engine that is about the same size. XICOY X45 micro turbojet is an example. But the small the engine the less fuel efficient it becomes.
I don’t see how Santa could deliver on this for Christmas, unless the parent’s are pilots, dentists, or lawyers... I don’t see how even an Airmen in the world’s greatest Air Force could rationalize a $1,000 novelty purchase, and they build them all day 😂. But I’m appreciating the sheer number of moving parts, detail, material… 🎉❤ I may have to appreciate this turbo fan on TH-cam only.
For $500 more, you can get a King Tech K55G4+ that is a real working model jet engine that runs on diesel, kerosine or jet A1 and produces 12 pounds of thrust. Just saying.
the build is neat however step further slow start tick tick spark igniters have it run of a jar kerosene or camping fuel have small gauges things for hung start hot start. or air start with a hopper with locking hoses more authentic working. something they can work on things like swap out the nose cone for a turbo prop
This engine as a real engine is designed as a high bypass turbo fan. Simply attaching a conventional propeller up to the front of the engine by removal of the impeller would not work. Turbo prop engines are not true axial gas flow engines as is a high bypass turbo fan. You might want to actually spend time investigating the different types of gas turbine engines regarding aviation. What you said just makes you look uninformed.

I hate to be negative but why is the rotation wobbly? And it has some sort of a balance issue that can be heard in the video when it's running. Is there no way to balance it or fix it somehow?
you can't say its a working turbofan if it does not actually ignite fuel to spin, that's just called a model Edit: I see you changed the title, I still enjoyed the video anyways
are there special screws that you need a specific driver bit for or are they just regular phillips head screws? if they are the special screws does it come with a tool for them?
It's incredible how fast I went from "Oh, this would be a cool Christmas gift" to "Jesus Christ, I will never be able to afford this" when I clicked the link for this
Yeah, that shock caused me some emotional damage. I’ve dreamt of having this all my life, discover it today and my heart rockets through roof. I landed on the website and gazed upon that price!? Im now digging my heart out of the earths outer crust.

I saw that fake ad also, I currently have a plastic 1, and its no where near as detailed as this 1
Thanks for the heads up!
Balancing all the components so it doesn't vibrate would be a nice way to step it up to the next level
What does that mean?

Cool! Hope you like it! Have fun building!😁
@@BHobbyI too liked your video and the screwdriver and tools set. If you can, would you please sharing the link to those tool sets? They look great!
@@NigelSheldon thanks for reminding me 😁
@@BHobby Thanks for posting that! I ordered them. Again, cool content, cool build and I appreciate your efforts.
Loved that cool sound rhythm effect you did, it indicates how much effort you put into this video ...... btw the build is great too.
i know right
Sounds like peppa pig ngl
Thank You! 😀
Wish we could make turbofans that work that are this size. It would revolutionize personal aircraft
It wouldn't work because it's sol and requires alota thrust and fuel so impossible
And also humans are too heavy to carry😊

@@nickl5658 agreed mate
But somewhere in the future will be possible
I was hoping someone would make a video about this one, awesome 👍
Thank You! 😀
amazing model! I wasn't expecting it to have the accessories box
This turbo fan looks and sounds amazing!
Thank You! 😀
Great Edit!!
Thanks!
Your editing is superb.
Thanks! Glad you like it.
That’s the most advanced piece of work I’ve ever seen
One of your most satisfying vids. Also, this thing is huge!
Glad you like it! 😁
you do the right choice! I like engines!!
Thank You! 😀
Needs an LED super bright hidden light string after burner. lol
Always KEREEEEEN ❤
Woww fantastica! 🤗❤️
Thank you! ❤
@@BHobby ❤️
Really well done video.
Thank you very much!
I actually build and deconstructed these of real planes in real life and its hella hard but also very fun
HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃
I think i know what i want for Christmas this year
I don’t see how Santa could deliver on this for Christmas, unless the parent’s are pilots, dentists, or lawyers... Most large, complex models cost quite a bit. Take a look ot Pocher, DeAgonstini, Agora, etc...
maybe you should do a video where u show your entire collection!
I’ve thought about that, maybe one day!
Very beautiful!!!!
I wonder if it could actually run if the parts were made of steel and with a few modifications.
That was just so therapeutic to watch , I totally loss all time watching that 👌👌👌👌
When building, be sure that the turbine turns very easily at each stage of the build, even the slightest little bind, may prevent it from turning
Must be very expensive to get this type of thing
It’s 1000$ dollars 💀

@EggyBoi3000 what!? For the fact it's a WORKING model...THAT SEEMS "CHEAP" I expected this thing to cost like half a mil or some shit
Is not much

Great video presentation and I love the cadence.
Thanks so much!

INSANE
What are the two tie rods used for? If it’s used to actuate inlet guide vanes then wouldn’t one link be sufficient?
Yoo this shit is so cool! I wish I had enough money to buy one of these it looks so fun!
So cool mate👍

But this one looks better sitting on a shelf... which is the purpose.
I like the rhythmic editing
nice job bro

If it works, you could try to put a full casing around it.
How did they produced metal casings?
Nice
I like it it’s very good

Hook a dremel up to that!!!! 😁
lol I have the same cheapo precision screw driver set
It would have been nice if it wasn't just a model but something that could actually work using propane or gasoline as fuel
Now please add the injection, the burning chamber and a closed housing.
Very cool video b hobby
Thank you!
I hope you like it!

Edit: I see you changed the title, I still enjoyed the video anyways
Just 2 of these and some other parts and I’ve got myself a podracer
Put it on a big rc plane😊
For $1000 I'd want those low pressure turbines to be smoother... sound like they're catching on something...
Me when my alarm rings: 💤💤😴
Me when B Hobby uploads early: 📱
Eyes: Looks quite easy.
Brain and bank: No it’s not.. I’m dying
Cool! Now make it work.
Are those tools you used included?
This is awesome!!! What camera do you use?
Thanks! it's Sony a7rv
How’s the parts quality ? Plastic ?
It’s metal

1k is insane. I like engine models, and wanted one. I cant afford that
Very cool build, and expensive 😅
Thank You! 😀
Where can I buy this engine model, how much and do you have a discount code ?
Please check the link on description. Let me know if it’s not available. Thanks 😁
Very nice but about $1,000 OUCH still great video 👍
Thank You! 😀
Appreciate it if you could tell me where to order this?
Please check the link on description. Let me know if it’s not available. Thanks 😁
For $1000 it's quite pricey, but very nice looking.
How can i get this type of engine, i am from Bangladesh?
Please check the link on description. Let me know if it’s not available. Thanks 😁
man i thought it was going to actualy work
Where to buy? Direct me where sir?
Can I share part of this video on TikTok please 😊
Sorry but I’m doing some work to take down some profiles on Tiktok who’s posting my videos and discrediting my work.
It's incredible how fast I went from "Oh, this would be a cool Christmas gift" to "Jesus Christ, I will never be able to afford this" when I clicked the link for this
It is a hobby, not a toy. But, this can be the Christmas gift that GE, P&W, CFM, or RR give to their airline customers.
$1k just for this model-
Yeah, that shock caused me some emotional damage. I’ve dreamt of having this all my life, discover it today and my heart rockets through roof. I landed on the website and gazed upon that price!? Im now digging my heart out of the earths outer crust.
I'd love to build one of these. But they must be very expensive. And gunpla eats up most of my cash flow
you forgot to safety wire all your hardware, engines gunna fall apart
How many rhythmic song references are in this vid?
Are the instructions in English? It looked like they are only in Chinese but it went by so fast I could have missed it.
I got the chinese version but there’s an english version of it after this promotion video.
From Legos to do hickeys to WTF IS THAT stuff
"Works"!
Its doesn't "work". If it worked it would run on fuel and generate thrust like a small model turbojet used in RC aircraft
soo evetytime you made somethig there is always a rythm, what's today's rythm name?
Can you put on an plane. Im an an very big fan
like of you like this "engineering"TH-camr
I wish they weren't so expensive
It sounds like a song
Teleurgesteld. Ik dacht dat hij echt kon lopen op benzine
It would be really cool if someone like Matthias Wandel could modify this model so that it really works.
I want to have it, but a 1000$ could give me so much more
No HPT?😂
3rd!
3 quid on Temu
Must be $999.99 USD to get this thing (insert goofy laugh)
Useless if i can't put it too limits into full thrust.
But that’s the plane engine
Woww
