Unit looks clean and comfortable, I feel price is great for short term rental. Better than a hotel.

About how long average does it take to adjust from living up north to Florida? Heard a lot about fees and taxes and utilities in villages what about car license? Golf cart license? Car and cart insurance? Thanks.

Predicted this a year ago as the Boomer Built real estate bubble deflates for good (study demographics) rentals will pop up everywhere.

1641 is actually occupied right now so we can't get in there to record it. The square footage is actually the same though.
I notice in your tours you always leave the door open… i always close door’s immediately bc flies always seem to find their way inside! I’m in upstate NY … is that not an issue in Fl? Sorry for random question!
eewww $2000 for this little cottage NO WAY, basic as can be
Cheaper than a hotel, $500 a week with washer dryer, golf cart. No brainer. This is fine for two of us looks clean plus we can use recreation center, pool etc. The condo we use in Redington Beach goes for about $1250.00 a week.
For a fully furnished patio villa near the center of The Villages, $2,000 per month is the going rate for a 12 month lease.
Can i bring my three german sheperds?
