The house is turning out really nice. The work that needs to be done really is a lot of fun, it'll take some time...but I wanted something to make our own anyway...so its really not a problem at all for us. This is the way, I like mine... Rip out the old features, plumbing, light fixtures, walls, flooring, and on and on....Make it yours, and wait for the oos and awws..Subbed, and always a thumbs up!
Definitely has some potential, but it needs a lot of upgrading and completions,2 or 3 k for the grass, remove laminate and replace with LP laminate, clean garage and oil , fix all the started projects all about 10 k . May be more ouch
Ira I have seen a lot of price drops. Even in the new areas. One in Dabney dropped 30k. What’s going on?

Congratulations to the new home owner. I think this was a big bargain. Block and stucco, stretched areas, split a/c unit for lanai ... hopefully the hottub works too! I really like this model.

What can you get in the villages for under 400? I don’t want a high-rise condo because I have a dog. I am not interested in golfing amenities.

There are courtyard villas that may work perfectly for you especially having a dog
