    I love how even when you found the hardened filament, you didn’t stop there and you showed other possible problematic pieces for others to see what to do (like the direct drive gears)

    Thank you so so much! My ender 3 se v3 had a very bad case of it clogging after I ran out of filiment and it got stuck there. I tried everything and looked everywhere for tutorials. I couldn’t find a single one..
    Until I found this one which is the best tutorial I have ever seen, it’s at perfect pace, goes over every detail and everything you should watch out for. Tells you what to do incase certain stuff were to happen or if you need a slightly different solution.
    You have all my thanks.

      @@KakiDIY No problem, it helped alot although very unfortunately my printer broke again lol. It was leaking this black, glassy like substance that was plastic like in texture that was so hot it melted through the print bed. Sorry to ask but do you have a video on leaky filaments or that anyone else has one? Just wondering but thanks a lot for the tutorial as I helped me finish my build.

    My v3 SE has gotten into the habit of clogging at the end of every print. I use mainly PLA, and the clog turns up in the same place as you've shown in this video. What I do to unclog is preheat TPU, use a candle to heat up the tip of the cleaning rod and push it in and through the clog, then burn off the residue that sticks to the rod. Repeat about twice more until I can't feel anything impeding the movement of the rod and all is well and I can print again. My problem now is just the fact that it clogs after EVERY print.

    I just bought the Elder 3 V3 SE after installing the printer. I tried to get the plate level. I got the printer to touch the plate, and after a few minutes, it threw an error that said the nozzle temperature was too low. Then it gives me a loud noise.
    Do you have a solution for this or a tutorial on how to fix it?

    I have an ender 3 v3 se, and Ive been looking all over online but Can’t find anywhere what type of metal the filament drive gears in the extruder are? I wanted to run carbon fiber PETG but have heard you need to make sure your gears aren’t brass. I have a steel nozzle for it already also.. Would you happen to know if they are brass gears? Thank you very much!

    • @KakiDIY
      @KakiDIY  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Don't think they are brass.. just normal metal.
      The hotest I ran was 260 degrees for polycarbonate.. and normal PETG.. the drive gears worked fine for both.. probably adjust the drive gear tensioner... should be OK

    • @ConstableDeath
      @ConstableDeath 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They appear to be steel not brass, possibly a hardened steel but they're certainly more durable than brass

    I have a small tube that fell when I changed the nozzle, what can I do?

    • @KakiDIY
      @KakiDIY  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just put back the tube. It is a heat break PTFE tubing that is from the dame diameter as a Bowden tube. If you lost it, just get a bowden tube like Capricorn, cut it to length and replace it.

    • @st0rr1e

      @KakiDIY I figured out I had plugged the fa s in the wrong way so the heat sync fan was the cooling fan so the filiment was getting warn inside the hot end softening and then clogging haha
